E' perfetto per chi deve fare il ciclo di cure termali, Il servizio offerto รจ buono. eviterei la colazione in accappatoio e vestaglie.... Il personale delle sale da pranzo e reception รจ molto gentile; meno quelli del centro benessere. sono sclerati dall'affluenza e stanno col fiato sul collo. consiglio in generale un week end.

โ โ โ โ โ Uno dei posti piรน squallidi in cui ho soggiornato... Letto poco pulito, camera da riverniciare, servizi scadenti. Es: la TV ha smesso di funzionare, ci son voluti 4 giorni per risolvere la cosa. Bastava prenderne una in una camera vuota, che abbondano!: cosa che hanno poi fatto... dopo 4 giorni!! Naturalmente non ci sono mai piรน tornato!
One of the most squalid places I stayed ... Bed unclean, room to be repainted, poor services. Ex: the TV stopped working, it took 4 days to fix it. It was enough to take one in an empty room, which abound !: which they then did ... after 4 days !! Of course I never came back!

โ โ โ โ โ Struttura datata e non all'altezza della sua categoria,camere vecchie con pittura a muro nel bagno che cadeva letteralmente a pezzi,materasso scomodissimo ,ristorante mediocre nulla che valga la pena menzionare,reparto piscine minuscolo se rapportato alla capacita di ricezione della struttura ,personale cordiale e gentile,ho dato 3 stelle per l'acqua delle piscine che รจ veramente termale e non piscina riscaldata.
Io ho soggiornato con groupon ma se dovessi pagare prezzo di listino non ci andrei proprio
Structure dated and not up to its category, old rooms with wall painting in the bathroom that literally fell to pieces, very uncomfortable mattress, mediocre restaurant nothing worth mentioning, tiny pool area if compared to the reception capacity of the structure, personal friendly and kind, I gave 3 stars for the pool water which is really spa and not heated pool.
I stayed with groupon but if I had to pay the list price I wouldn't go there

โ โ โ โ โ Sono anni che vado al Baistrocchi e mi sono sempre trovata bene perchรจ ha un ottimo rapporto qualitร /prezzo; ho rilevato perรฒ che negli anni l'offerta dei servizi offerti con i pacchetti ha subito progressivamente una contrazione significativa, e l'afflusso il sabato e la domenica riducono notevolmente la fruibilitร alle vasche e alle saune. Di una cosa mi rammarico, ed รจ la maleducazione di clienti che, pensando di essere in spiaggia, non rispettano il silenzio che il luogo invece richiederebbe. I primi anni il personale interveniva prontamente a richiamare i clienti piรน rumorosi ma ora pare che tutto passi sotto un tacito permissivismo

La camera che ci hanno dato aveva vari problemi : arredamento datato, lo scarico non funzionava bene, il lavandino era otturato e le pareti erano troppo sottili, si sentivano tutti i rumori e le voci provenienti dalla camera affianco. Si รจ anche rotta la tapparella e, nonostante avessimo chiesto di ripararla, tornati in camera nessuno aveva controllato. Siamo stati costretti a cambiare stanza alle 5 di mattina! Economico ma da migliorare assolutamente.
