Pur avendo dato le indicazioni giuste sull’età, al dunque, la commessa ha provato a darmi delle taglie sbagliate senza che me ne accorgessi, perché di solito mi affido ai commessi, alla loro professionalità. Quando ho riportato l’ennesimo maglione di taglia 9 mesi, dato per mio figlio di 12 mesi... pagato €50, la commessa ha cercato ogni pretesto per non cambiamerlo. Purtroppo mi sono accorta della taglia sbagliata solo una volta a casa e quando ormai avevo tolto il cartellino. Ma non mi aspettavo un errore di taglia, c’è una bella differenza tra un 12 mesi e un 9 mesi, e se lavori in un negozio di bebè queste distinzioni sono il tuo lavoro. Invece la ragazza mi ha chiarito bene quale sia il suo lavoro: di fronte alle mie motivazioni, mi ha risposto che avrei dovuto ricontrollare bene la taglia prima di uscire. Perfetto ho capito! Da Theorema ti devi ben guardare alle spalle quando compri qualcosa! Non fa per me... preferisco potermi affidare ai commessi.
