★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was bad--the rooms were old--there was not so many food for breakfast--one day we didnt ate half of a banana the man of the reception came and told us to eat it all-- they were so aggresive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly service and nice pools. Pool restrictions might be too strict for families with children (regarding noise, no ball playing, no floats). Rooms could need an refurbish. There is only WiFi in the reception area!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited for a long weekend. The staff at the apartments arranged for our group's transfers from/to the airport & the driver was waiting for us when we arrived. The journey took around 40 mins & on arrival we were taken straight to our apartments. As a group of seven, we had 2 apartments, they were both clean and pretty well equipped, although we had to ask for a kettle, but this was dealt with immediately. The staff were friendly, helpful and very efficient. You felt they were happy to help (especially with maps & directions). The pool area was clean and tidy. The only time we ate there we had a snack which was a tasty pizza. The first day we ventured out & the closest town we found was about 20 minutes walk away, although there were a couple of restaurants nearby. The lake is very close but the area we visited only had a small pebbled area with a couple of eateries. The remaining days we were there, we ventured by cab to Desenzano and took the boat to Sirmeone & Cisano. Both were lovely places. The cab was around 15 euros each way. I would definitely consider staying at the apartments again, just a shame they are just a little far out from Desenzano.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there last summer. The advertised restaurant is non existent, unless you want nothing more than a burger. They don't even do fries. The pools are clean and great but the room we had was past it's best a couple of years ago with things falling apart, sofa colour bleached, wires coming out of the walls, the tv didn't work, the door handles fell off. Very over priced for what it is and when we brought all this up with the manager, they didn't want to know. Eventually got some recognition right at the end of the stay when it was too late.

health and hygiene in the average standard.
Kind and available staff, professional and available reception.
Good international breakfast with quality food from E.U. Lighting environment for every single location.
The whole place is in the middle of the green,on land lying just outside the Garda lake.
G-rated, for families with babies and toddlers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room we had was great - it was clean, it had a good shower, perhaps the beds were a little too hard but we could still get a good night rest. The pool was nice, except that on some days, people claimed the beds near the pool early in the morning by putting their towels on it. The location was nice, but if you want to go out to eat, it's best to ask the reception beforehand where the good restaurants are, or to check a map.
