★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto sopravvalutato, peggiorato moltissimo. Le paste sono senza sapore. Ha un ampia scelta ma qualsiasi cosa compri e assaggi da sempre quasi lo stesso risultato. Il caffè rispetto ai dolci è un tantino superiore rispetto alla media fiorentina. Ma una cosa che lascia molto a desiderare è l'igiene, sarà stato forse perché le volte che ci sono andato, gli ho trovato gente ma i tavoli e il bancone li ho trovati sempre sporchi, in giro ci sono posti che meritano di più. Resta un buon posto da fermarsi se sei di passaggio, ma ritornarci o farsi kilometri per andarci non ne vale certamente la pena...
 Overrated place, gone downhill a lot. The pastas are flavorless. It has a wide choice but anything you buy and taste has always almost the same result. Coffee compared to sweets is a little higher than the Florentine average. But one thing that leaves a lot to be desired is hygiene, it may have been because the times I went there, I found people for them but I always found the tables and the counter dirty, there are places around that deserve more. It remains a good place to stop if you are passing through, but returning or walking kilometers to go there is certainly not worth it ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrato insieme alla mia ragazzi e due amici, mentre stavamo facendo colazione hanno scansionato i nostri pass, il mio tutto ok ma a quello della mia ragazza e di un'amica ha dato rosso nonostante avessero fatto vaccino a settembre (stesso giorno) e quindi mancasse ancora un mese alla scadenza, dopo aver provato più volte a dire che probabilmente era colpa dell'app senza successo mi sono rifiutato di farle mandare fuori con la roba da asporto e ho detto che pagavo il mio e non saremmo mai più tornati nonostante clienti da anni, il titolare è uscito urlandomi contro e poi cacciandomi fuori. La nota ironica? Appena fuori ho scansionato i pass della mia ragazza e della mia amica e risultavano verdi. Da evitare come la peste
I went in with my boyfriend and two friends, while we were having breakfast they scanned our passes, mine all ok but that of my girlfriend and a friend gave red even though they had vaccinated in September (same day) and therefore there was still a month left to expire, after trying several times to say it was probably the app's fault with no success I refused to let them send out with the takeaway and said I paid mine and we would never come back despite customers for years, the owner has been out screaming at me and then kicking me out. The ironic note? Right outside I scanned my girlfriend and friend's passes and they were green. To be avoided like the plague

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia nonna dal suo paese, che dista una quarantina di minuti e ospita ottime pasticcerie, da tre anni pretende che le prenoti tutti i dolci qui.
... Non so se sia per la qualità, per l'ottimo prezzo o per la disponibilità del personale, ma io mi fido di mia nonna.
Ps. Li vado a prendere ad orari improbabili e già che ci sono mi compro sempre uno dei loro panini strapieni ma molto economici... Vedo solo vantaggi in tutto questo.

... I don't know if it's for the quality, the excellent price or the helpfulness of the staff, but I trust my grandmother.
Ps. I go to get them at unlikely times and while they are there I always buy one of their packed but very cheap sandwiches ... I only see advantages in all this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo chiesto una torta rettangolare con sopra la torta la foto di frozen (su tutta la torta)invece mi è stata fatta una parte della torta con la foto, e sull'altra la scritta buon compleanno ???. La farcitura Con pezzetti di fragola e crema chantilly. Invece è stata fatta panna e pezzetti di fragola. Siete veramente pessimi, non aggiungo altro, mai più da voi neanche per un bicchiere d'acqua.
I asked for a rectangular cake with the photo of frozen on top of the cake (all over the cake) instead I was made a part of the cake with the photo, and on the other the words happy birthday ???. The filling With pieces of strawberry and Chantilly cream. Instead it was made with cream and bits of strawberry. You are really bad, I won't add anything else, never again from you, not even for a glass of water.

Good dishes and friendly service. Certainly not large portions but with quality ingredients and the right preparations.
