Istruttori spesso in ritardo, scontrosi e incapaci di insegnare a principianti apparte qualche eccezione. Si viene trattati con superficialità e sembra che si aspettino il cliente sappia già tutto evitando quindi di dare informazioni importanti senza le quali si rischia di pagare più soldi (e probabilmente lo fanno apposta) o come minimo di crearsi un problema in più che loro non ti aiuteranno a risolvere. Ho provato a parlare con il titolare di questi problemi ma sono stato completamente ignorato. La nota più negativa sta negli istruttori di guida: in particolare il secondo che ho avuto, impaziente e saccente nei confronti di una persona che non ha mai guidato una moto in città, proveniendo da una zona più "provinciale". I miei complimenti invece all'ultimo istruttore che ho avuto, Andrea, persona straordinaria che ha saputo spiegarmi passo per passo (senza troppe imprecazioni) tutti gli errori e i punti a cui fare più attenzione. Segretarie gentili, disponibili ed accoglienti. Istruttori preparati, attenti e che mettono a proprio agio. Spiegano in maniera dettagliata i punti critici dove porre particolare attenzione durante l'esame pratico. La sicurezza degli allievi viene prima di tutto. Dovendo fare la patente per la moto mi hanno cancellato preventivamente una guida perché era prevista una nevicata e quindi con le due ruote sarebbe stato troppo pericoloso. Ho visto invece altre scuole guide con gli allievi sulla moto che guidavano in mezzo alla neve ed ho preso paura io per l'allievo che stava per scivolare. La consiglio a tutti.
