Oltre ad avere nelle immediate vicinanze le fermate dei bus per Trento centro e per le vicine università di Mesiano e di Povo, al piano terra la rinomata pizzeria napoletana al korallo . Prezzi in linea con il mercato per le locazioni.
Student apartments. Given the proximity to the engineering university, the facility is recommended. In addition to having in the immediate vicinity the bus stops for Trento center and for the nearby universities of Mesiano and Povo, on the ground floor the renowned Neapolitan pizzeria al korallo. Prices in line with the rental market.

Ottima posizione e ben servita dai mezzi di trasporto sia verso il centro che verso Povo.

Residence very close to the engineering faculties, bus stop 1 minute away, very quiet area. Small apartments, but recently furnished and very clean. The lessor is always available for problems, misunderstandings or clarifications.
