Dopo due mesi e più richieste, intervenuti ma dopo 15 gg il problema si è ripresentato. Per la cappa di aspirazione non si sono minimamente preoccupati. Ho rimandato mail ma nessuno si è fatto sentire Judge for yourself !! Requested at the end of August by e-mail and by telephone several times for assistance for door that does not close and extractor hood detached. After two months and more requests, intervened but after 15 days the problem returned. For the extractor hood they were not worried in the least. I sent back mail but no one spoke up
N	Naike Bilardo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, ho conosciuto Il Mobile molti anni fa e quest'anno per bisogno di cambio arredo mi sono ricordata di loro e ci sono ritornata...nel 2009 mi sono trovata benissimo ma ora molto meno, meno scelta, materiali meno validi e rapporto col cliente un po' peggiorato. Ora sto pagando ciò che ho acquistato a novembre ma finito di pagare, se avrò bisogno di arredo non credo proprio di tornare da loro. Ho dato 2 stelle. Hello, I met Il Mobile many years ago and this year for the need to change furniture I remembered them and went back ... in 2009 I had a great time but now much less, less choice, less valid materials and relationship with customer a little worse. Now I'm paying for what I bought in November but finished paying, if I need furniture I don't think I'll go back to them. I gave it 2 stars.

I montatori decisamente professionali e capaci anche se infastiditi per unas mia richiesta che ha comportato 5 minuti in più di lavoro . Considerando che ho speso una cifra importante, credo sia mio diritto chiedere che il lavoro venga eseguito secondo le mie esigenze. Detto ciò, riacquisterei in questo salone. We bought a kitchen with some haste (a promotion was about to expire) but beyond that, we were happy with our professionalism and availability. Definitely professional and capable editors even if annoyed by my request which involved 5 more minutes of work. Considering that I have spent a large amount, I believe it is my right to ask that the work be carried out according to my needs. That said, I would buy back in this salon.

Simone e Laura hanno saputo interpretare perfettamente i nostri desideri e le nostre necessità. Hanno preparato il progetto di arredamento per tutta la casa, ci hanno suggerito colori, materiali, e in più hanno creato un mobile su misura per coprire i contatori di luce e gas che erano all'ingresso nell'open space e un mobiletto per coprire la nicchia della lavatrice! Il tutto dentro il nostro budget di spesa con mobili di qualità. Un ringraziamento anche al team dei montatori. Premetto che la mia recensione non riguarda la qualità dei mobili perchè a questo non ci sono proprio arrivata( e non ci arriverò mai) ,in quanto mi sono recata lì dopo aver telefonato, spiegato la mia esigenza di dover arredare tutta la mia casa in costruzione. Ho anche specificato la consegna della casa tra un anno, in ogni caso una volta lì una ragazza, quando ha capito che non dovevamo usufruire dello sconto fino al 70% valido nel mese, ci ha detto che loro davano la precedenza a questi clienti e che noi saremmo dovuti tornare dopo 2 mesi. Ha praticamente perso la possibilità di vendere un arredamento completo senza scontistiche, facendoci perdere tempo, quando avrebbe potuto seguire tutto l'iter avendo preso ormai l'appuntamento ed essendo libera! Evidentemente non tutti hanno bisogno di lavorare per cui vi sta bene se la gente non entra proprio! Zero education and professionalism! I put a star because you can't give less. Abbiamo richiesto un appuntamento in negozio e quando siamo arrivati un architetto era lì a disposizione per noi. Il negozio è molto bello e c'è ampia scelta di arredi, tutti molto curati e ben ambientati. L'architetto che ci ha seguito ha ascoltato con attenzione le nostre richieste e poi ci ha guidato passo a passo in tutte le scelte, dalla composizione delle pareti cucina, alle finiture, agli abbinamenti cromatici. Oggi la consegna. La cucina è fantastica, ancor più bella di come la immaginavamo. Complimenti per la vostra gentilezza e professionalità, merce rara al giorno d'oggi. We requested an appointment in the shop and when we arrived an architect was there for us. The shop is very nice and there is a wide choice of furnishings, all well kept and well set. The architect who followed us listened carefully to our requests and then guided us step by step in all the choices, from the composition of the kitchen walls, to the finishes, to the color combinations. Bello showroom, vasta scelta e personale veramente preparato. La signora Francesca ci ha aiutato nella progettazione dandoci consigli e accontentado le nostre richieste. Lei e il signor Simone sono poi venuti a prendere di persona le misure nell'appartamento. La consegna è stata puntuale e i montatori, Lani e Munir, sono stati bravissimi, precisi e puliti. I mobili sono veramente belli e di ottima fattura e il prezzo giusto. Following the renovation, we decided to furnish the kitchen, living room and bedroom at Il Mobile.
