Antonio sta seguendo per noi la ristrutturazione di una villa dei primi del Novecento degli architetti Asnago e Vender, sia l’aspetto edile sia la progettazione degli interni. Ricerche storiche per non snaturare le caratteristiche razionaliste della casa e un’attenta valutazione legata al risparmio energetico hanno permesso di sviluppare un progetto che porterà alla realizzazione di una casa storicamente moderna! Antonio sta seguendo anche tutta la parte legata ai bonus statali, compreso il difficile 110%. Attento a ogni singolo dettaglio saprà consigliarvi la migliore soluzione per le vostre esigenze sia tecniche che estetiche. Ma la cosa che davvero fa la differenza è la disponibilità e la gentilezza di questo professionista: un architetto con la A maiuscola!

Historical research in order not to distort the rationalist characteristics of the house and a careful evaluation linked to energy saving have allowed us to develop a project that will lead to the creation of a historically modern house! Antonio is also following all the part related to state bonuses, including the difficult 110%. Professionalità e competenza sono state evidenti dal primo incontro, sono stata supportata in tutto l’iter di ristrutturazione della mia casa e guidata meticolosamente nelle questioni burocratiche. Ottima capacità di conciliare il bello con il funzionale e nel trovare sempre soluzioni per soddisfare i miei gusti. Ha radicalmente trasformato un vecchio appartamento, facendolo diventare la casa dei miei sogni! BRAVO ( e simpatico, che non guasta mai!)!! Grazie ancora!
I decided to rely on architect Zardoni after seeing some of his works. I couldn't have made a better choice! Professionalism and competence were evident from the first meeting, I was supported throughout the renovation process of my home and meticulously guided in bureaucratic matters. Excellent ability to reconcile the beautiful with the functional and in always finding solutions to satisfy my tastes. He radically transformed an old apartment, making it my dream home! Il lavoro che gli abbiamo affidato consiste nella definizione degli spazi, degli impianti e delle soluzioni di arredo di un appartamento di grande metratura in una palazzina signorile di nuova costruzione. Il gusto progettuale, la grande attenzione al dettaglio, la disponibilità al confronto e l'attenzione alle nostre esigenze, la presenza in ogni fase del lavoro sia in progettazione che nella scelta dei fornitori delle soluzioni di arredo, delle varianti al capitolato, degli impianti e del rapporto con l'impresa sono stati tutti elementi di grande valore aggiunto che abbiamo estremamente apprezzato. Se dovessimo in futuro allestire una nuova ulteriore abitazione, non ho dubbi che l'Architetto Antonio Zardoni sarà la nostra prima scelta come Studio di Architettura e mi sento di consigliare a chiunque il suo lavoro. My partner and I are extremely satisfied with the advice and support that Architect Antonio Zardoni is providing us for our new home. The work we have entrusted to him consists in defining the spaces, systems and furnishing solutions of a large apartment in a newly built elegant building. The design taste, the great attention to detail, the willingness to compare and the attention to our needs, the presence in every phase of the work both in the design and in the choice of suppliers of furnishing solutions, variations to the specifications, systems and of the relationship with the company were all elements of great added value that we greatly appreciated. If we were to set up a new additional home in the future, I have no doubt that Architect Antonio Zardoni will be our first choice as an Architecture Firm and I would recommend his work to anyone. We also consider the relationship between the cost requested and the service provided to be very positive.
