The couple (Diego & Karen) that own and run these apartments are so proactive and helpful - nothing is too much trouble. For an additional cost they offer so many fantastic added extras ie If you don't want to drive into town they'll drive you. If you can't be bothered to cook (breakfast/lunch/dinner) they'll cook for you. Better service than many hotels you could stay in! You're up in the mountain so expect to drive up a winding, bumpy road, but you're amid nature with spectacular views of Taormina, Giardini Naxos and the stunning Etna volcano. Their helper, Paula, is also a great asset keeping the place spotlessly clean. Fantastic guys - thanks!!!
H	Hugo Dacier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice house located 10 minutes from Taormina with access to very tight turns and a large climb with breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea, Taormina and from the other sight, Etna. The apartments are big, clean and the terrace is superb. Karen, Diego and Paola are very friendly. It has a small but pleasant swimming pool, a beach volleyball court, a ping-pong table, a relaxation area and a barbecue. However, you can not hear a little motorway and the beaches in the area are not extraordinary ! In addition, wasps always invite themselves at the table. But the beauty of the place will make you forget it !! Ps: the area is ideal for 3-4 days rather than a week
o	owen clements on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time that we have stayed at the amazing Lemon Tree apartments, it has now become one of our favourite places on earth. The breathtaking views of Taormina one side and Etna the other, take your breath away every time you see them, the accommodation is clean tidy, relaxing and very Sicilian, however what really makes this place special are Karen and Diego. The hosts give you a very Sicilian, friendly stay, always on had to help and advise. Karen will also cook traditional Sicilian food upon request (as long as you give her notice), and it is better than a large proportion of restaurants that we have eaten (the pasta Ala Norma was sensational). I highly recommend a stay at the Lemontree, whether you use it as a base to explore Sicily, or a retreat to unwind, relax and recharge, you won't be disappointed.

From a Sicilian home cooked meal for weary travellers that was a treat to the taste buds to Organising Transport, reservations etc

Diego and Karen are very welcoming hosts and serve tasty, local food. Very nice apartments with balconies or terraces taking in the views. Can be highly recommended.
