Watching him prepare the cuisine was so much fun and it really made the dinner party special. We could talk, eat, & drink while watching him create these beautiful masterpieces. I even learned a few new tips & tricks for when I cook at home next... ya' know, when I don't have a world-class chef there to help, haha:)
Thanks Enton for an amazing experience... one I am sure to never forget & will want to repeat time & time again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chef Anthony was great! The directions and recipe were precise and easy to follow. And we had fun learning to make chicken parmigiana and gnocchi. And I have to add that the gnocchi were as light as pillows! Excellent experience and I hope to do it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had Chef Anthony as a private chef for our small wedding and it was AMAZING. He was very responsive to my emails and always found a way to accommodate all of my numerous requests. He even took the time to come to our rented villa before the event to check the kitchen to make sure he had everything to make our wedding dinner unforgettable. The dishes he prepared not only tasted incredible but they also looked beautiful. Chef Anthony and his crew were also very friendly. I cannot recommend him enough.
