Dallo spettacolo della Ricotta (comici bravissimi) per passare alla Falconeria (un valore aggiunto) e per finire il cinespettacolo da rimanere a bocca aperta. Bello ed istruttivo anche la lezione su api e miele. Da ritornare Fantastic!! I had been missing for more than a decade, but when I returned it was great. S	Salvatore Molinari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel parco della Grancia a Brindisi di Montagna (Potenza) si trova una piccola chiesetta annessa all’antica Badia di Pietra Morella posta sul Monte Romito. La Badia di Pietra Morella era detta di Santa Maria dell’Acqua Calda, forse perché in un tempo molto remoto vi era una sorgente di acqua termale. Nel 1500 la Rettoria passò ai padri certosini di Padula (SA) che operarono una serie di ampliamenti e migliorie attraverso opere di allevamento e di coltivazione di orti, seminati, vigneti; costruirono mulini, una conceria, una saponeria, un caseificio e, si dice, di una condotta per il latte dal monte Romito alla badia. Ogni anno, il 9 e 10 settembre, la chiesetta dell’ex badia è meta di fedeli per la festa di San Lorenzo Martire, bruciato vivo secondo la tradizione: fino al 1950 vi arrivavano i devoti del circondario per invocare il Santo contro la malaria; oggi le comitive affluiscono, oltre che per la festività, per una sagra rusticana di addio all’estate, all’insegna del buon umore e della più cordiale ospitalità. In the Grancia park in Brindisi di Montagna (Potenza) there is a small church attached to the ancient Badia di Pietra Morella located on Monte Romito. The Badia di Pietra Morella was called Santa Maria dell'Acqua Calda, perhaps because in a very remote time there was a spring of thermal water. In 1500 the Rectory passed to the Carthusian fathers of Padula (SA) who operated a series of expansions and improvements through farming and cultivation of vegetable gardens, sown fields, vineyards; they built mills, a tannery, a soap factory, a cheese factory and, it is said, a milk pipeline from Mount Romito to the abbey. Every year, on 9 and 10 September, the church of the former abbey is a destination for the faithful for the feast of Saint Lawrence Martyr, burned alive according to tradition: up until 1950 the devotees of the district arrived there to invoke the Saint against malaria; today the groups flock, as well as for the festivities, for a rustic farewell to the summer, in the name of good humor and the most cordial hospitality.

Abbiamo trascorso l'intera giornata senza sosta: al mattino passeggiate nel parco con dei bellissimi sentieri "fuori pista" poi, lauto pranzo, teatro per bambini, cabaret per tutti, incredibile ed emozionante spettacolo di falconeria in un anfiteatro, corso si apicoltura, cena tipica del 1800, e...dulcis in fundo nel grande anfiteatro, sotto un suggestivo cielo stellato, alle pendici di una cima delle Dolomiti lucane, la storia d'Italia prende realtà con circa 200 attori, ballerini e figuranti. Non fatevi scoraggiare dal costo di 28 euro del biglietto, la giornata che trascorrerete sarà memorabile. In più siccome ho acquistato i biglietti on-line ho diritto ad un secondo ingresso nel 2017 al costo di 1€. Un consiglio: tenete in macchina una giacca pesante per lo spettacolo serale che finisce verso le 23.30. Lodevole l'impegno dei giovanissimi organizzatori che mostrano competenze storiche, artistiche e tecnologiche d'eccellenza. La loro bravura merita davvero! A place where nature and culture come together and offer a unique show. We spent the whole day non-stop: in the morning walks in the park with beautiful paths "off the track" then, hearty lunch, children's theater, cabaret for everyone, incredible and exciting falconry show in an amphitheater, beekeeping course, dinner typical of the 1800s, and ... last but not least in the large amphitheater, under a suggestive starry sky, on the slopes of a peak in the Lucanian Dolomites, the history of Italy comes true with about 200 actors, dancers and figures. Do not be put off by the 28 euro ticket price, the day you will spend will be memorable. In addition, since I purchased tickets online, I am entitled to a second entrance in 2017 at a cost of € 1. Tip: keep a heavy jacket in the car for the evening show which ends around 11.30pm. The commitment of the very young organizers who show excellent historical, artistic and technological skills is commendable. Their skill really deserves!

Near Potenza should be a park, but we have not found anything, all abandoned, but I must admit that the place is fantastic for a picnic and a bit of fresh air !!!

La gente del posto è accogliente, lo spettacolo di falconeria è entusiasmante, e lo spettacolo finale che narra del brigantaggio ti lascia senza parole, davvero troppo bello. Bisogna andarci almeno una volta nella vita! Unforgettable show, a beautiful place surrounded by nature. The locals are welcoming, the falconry show is thrilling, and the final show about the banditry leaves you speechless, just too good. You have to go there at least once in your life!

Lo consiglio bella la natura! Cinespettacolo sulla storia dei Briganti. Beautiful park of the Grancia spectacular lots of greenery, various paths to do different entertainments for tourists, possible walks in the woods, different types of centuries-old plants such as oak, pine etc. to visit absolutely! Ci sono due laboratori dove danno dimostrazione e spiegano le fasi di lavorazione del formaggio e la raccolta del miele con relativo assaggio (ottimo il formaggio), poi racconti sulla storia del brigantaggio con attori in costume e alla fine la cena allietata ancora da qualche racconto e da musica. A place to visit, unfortunately, due to covid, the spectacle of the story of the brigands is reduced and there is no one of the falconers. There are two laboratories where they demonstrate and explain the stages of cheese processing and the collection of honey with relative tasting (excellent cheese), then stories about the history of banditry with costumed actors and at the end the dinner still enlivened by some stories and from music.

Rappresentazioni su vere storie di briganti, molto emozionanti grazie alla bravura degli attori. Degustazioni e cena serale di elevato livello ed abbondanti. Panorami mozzafiato e molto suggestivi.
