★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire....sono contentissima.Siamo andati sabato mattina ,per la prima volta.Abbiamo conosciuto il titolare,una persona molto educata e disponibile.Con 90 € , abbiamo comprato 36 asciugamani e una batteria di pentole ( 12 pezzi più il set di attrezzi), acciaio di qualità.Non vedo l ora di ritornare per i nuovi acquisti.
What can I say .... I'm very happy. We went for the first time on Saturday morning. We met the owner, a very polite and helpful person. With € 90, we bought 36 towels and a battery of pots (12 pieces plus the set of tools), quality steel.I am looking forward to returning for new purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asciugamani non ordinati definitivamente, mi aspettavo una loro telefonata, ma me le sono visto recapitare direttamente a casa...le ho comprate lo stesso..al primo lavaggio con acqua fresca si sono scolorirte e le ho dovuto buttare...praticamente un pacco, nn le comprate!!
Towels not ordered definitively, I was expecting a phone call from them, but I saw them delivered directly to home ... I bought them the same .. at the first wash with fresh water they faded and I had to throw ... practically a package , don't buy them !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprate kit asciugamani,pessime condizioni e tt bucate,li ho chiamati per il cambio ma la latrina del titolarei ha risposto male al telefono e non ha voluto avere ragioni e non mi ha voluto fare il cambio...lo sconsiglio a tutti non comprate e tutto falso e tt prodotti economici..
You bought a kit of towels, bad conditions and tt with holes, I called them for the change but the owner's latrine answered the phone badly and didn't want to have reasons and didn't want to change me ... all fake and tt cheap products ..

Assistenza zero, ma, la cosa più assurda e ripugnante è che il personale che mi ha risposto al cellulare, è stato molto scortese. Li sconsiglio vivamente. Pessimo servizio ma soprattutto pessima qualità. A mio avviso Professionalità e Serietà equivalente a zero .
I bought the towel kit about 2 days ago, they arrived all stained and with holes. Bad quality. I also called them and wrote them on whatsapp (forwarding several photos)
Zero assistance, but the most absurd and repulsive thing is that the staff who answered my cell phone were very rude. I strongly advise against them. Bad service but above all bad quality. In my opinion Professionalism and Seriousness equivalent to zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato il pacchetto di 5 completi matrimoniali in flanella ma, una volta consegnati, mia mamma c'è rimasta molto male per la scarsa qualità (in pratica lenzuola sintetiche) . Così dopo numerose telefonate tra questo e l'altro negozio (G.E.A.) entrambi a chiacchiere si sono resi disponibili a cambiare i completi con altri di flanella 100% cotone ma, ad oggi, non ho avuto ancora notizie. Più volte hanno fatto finta di prendere nota dei dati di mia mamma e più volte hanno detto che ci avrebbero contattato quando sarebbero arrivati i completi di migliore fattura ma non ci hanno mai contattato (nonostante in tv pubblicizzino 4 completi di migliore qualità a 60 euro) . Ti prendono in giro e il tempo passa....Mia mamma, cliente da tanti anni, ha detto che non comprerà mai più da loro....
I bought the package of 5 flannel wedding suits but, once delivered, my mom was very upset by the poor quality (basically synthetic sheets). So after numerous phone calls between this and the other shop (G.E.A.), both of them were willing to change their suits with others in 100% cotton flannel but, to date, I haven't had any news yet. Several times they pretended to take note of my mom's data and several times they said they would contact us when the best-made suits arrived but they never contacted us (despite the fact that on TV they advertise 4 better quality suits for 60 euros) . They make fun of you and time goes by .... My mom, a customer for many years, said she will never buy from them again ....
