 Unreliable, and not very serious. From the appointment for the inspection to the technical / economic evaluation, many dates punctually missed and no care for a potential customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assurdo,li chiamo perché dopo 18 anni avrei bisogno di una revisione delle porte e finestre in alluminio fatte da loro, il proprietario non risponde, mi risponde un operaio dopo 3 telefonate dicendomi che attualmente loro non possono venire perché hanno altri lavori, dopo varie insistenze mi rispondono di provare a ritelefonare tra 2 settimane. Quindi se dovete cambiare gli infissi sicuramente verranno subito, ma per la manutenzione non vengono. Pochissima credibilità. Vergogna!!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi, li ho chiamati perché dopo 10 anni gli infissi (a taglio termico fatti da loro) avrebbero bisogno di una revisione perché non chiudono più bene, il proprietario dice che non possono prendere impegni e di accordarsi con la segretaria la quale dice che non può prendere appuntamenti troppo in là con il tempo, perché hanno troppi impegni, dopo varie insistenze mi rispondono di provare a ritelefonare tra 2 settimane, dopo due settimane la storia si ripete ... ho chiamato più di tre volte. Quindi se dovete cambiare gli infissi sicuramente verranno subito, ma per la manutenzione non vengono. Pochissima serietà Vergogna!!.
