★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per capodanno abbiamo ricevuto un gradito regalo: un Salame Felino IGP con tagliere della Felinese di felino (Parma). Bella la confezione. Gradito il regalo. Solo che fin da subito si è palesato un acre odore proveniente dalla carne. Abbiamo notato che lungo la pelle del salame era stata effettuata una strana cucitura che, entrando nella carne, ha fatto entrare anche l'aria e il salame era stato irrimediabilmente compromesso.
Il 12 gennaio ho personalmente scritto all'Azienda e mi ha risposto (molto evasivo) il sig. Luca Colonna, forse del reparto qualità?
Qualità poca. Perchè ha poi risposto solo quando ho scritto ancora, dieci giorni dopo, perchè non mi aspettavo che delle scuse.
Scuse niente. Ma richieste (oltre che delle foto, prontamente inviate) anche del numero del Lotto di produzione.
Ho risposto che, con un salame che puzza in frigo, il "Lotto di produzione" oramai era sicuramente al centro di compostaggio dell'immondizie di Belluno. E che La felinese i "salami" li ha non solo in magazzino, ma anche negli uffici.
E da qui in poi SOLO SOPRESSA VENETAAAAA!!!!!
For the New Year we received a welcome gift: a Salame Felino PGI with Felino di Felino cutting board (Parma). Beautiful packaging. Welcome gift. Except that from the beginning an acrid smell came from the meat. We noticed that along the salami skin had been made a strange seam that, coming in the flesh, did also enter the air and the sausage had been irreparably compromised.
On 12 January I personally wrote to the Company and replied (very evasively) to Mr. Luca Colonna, maybe from the quality department?
Low quality. Because he then answered only when I wrote again, ten days later, because I did not expect any excuses.
Sorry nothing. But requests (as well as photos, promptly sent) also of the production lot number.
I replied that, with a sausage that smells in the fridge, the "Production lot" was now definitely to the composting center dell'immondizie of Belluno. And that the "salami" La felinese has them not only in stock but also in offices.
And from here on, ONLY VENETAAAAA !!!!!
