Un mese fa, acquisto una pancetta dell'azienda presso un rivenditore e quando la vado ad aprire, dopo una settimana dall'acquisto, la ritrovo con il buco dentro (probabilmente un errore durante l'arrotolatura o la legatura). L'odore che emanava non era dei migliori. Ci può stare, per cui vado dal rivenditore e chiedo lecitamente la sostituzione. Il rivenditore con mio disappunto rifiuta la mia richiesta di reso, dicendo che magari ero stata io a conservare male la pancetta durante quei 7 gg... Ok, ma io dico, un conto è carne andata a male perchè conservata male, un conto è un buco in una pancetta! Comunque non mi d'animo ed espongo le mie ragioni all'azienda. Dopo aver inviato giustamente le prove fotografiche della pancetta mal arrotolata, con mia sorpresa decidono di rimborsarmi con due mezze pancette inviate direttamente a casa. Ringrazio sentitamente l'azienda per la serietà dimostrata. Sono questi i gesti che rendono grande un'azienda e fanno crescere il marchio. Grazie di nuovo. p.s. consiglio a tutti i loro prodotti che sono buonissimi! very serious company with great products. I have been buying their products for years and have always enjoyed it. Inutile riportare il prodotto alla Coop, era già stato tutto affettato e portato in tavola: è finito nella pattumiera. Siccome mi fidavo sia di Coop che di questa marca, lo ricomprerò e proverò di nuovo.
