I	Il Recensore S.T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato da loro una videocamera , nel mostrarmi il funzionamento il ragazzo impiegava 30 minuti per riuscire a connettere il cellulare alla stessa , una volta riuscito la compro e vado a casa.Installo la telecamera e cerco di collegarla al cellulare con esito negativo per 1 ora. Mi metto in auto e gli e la riporto , alla cassa mi rimandano dal ragazzo che me l aveva mostrato e lo stesso mi dice " la telecamera funzionava io te l ho mostrata ed ora non ti mostro un altra , al massimo se te la cambio dopo se non funziona non ritornare " a questo fare gli ho detto che avrei ben preferito la restituzione dei soldi e che se devo avere una cosa pagata 40€ non funzionante sarebbe stato meglio visto il suo fare... costui continuava con aria arrogante a voler riprovare quella che stavo restituendo con la pretesa che l avrei presa... ma se per connetterla ci ha messo lui 30 minuti e io dopo 1 ora non ci sono riuscito è palese che non funziona bene la rilevazione del QR.. dopo aver chiamato la Finanza e dopo avermi fatto un buono , arriva una cinese e con tanto di pazienza me ne da un altra , la prova è la rilevazione arriva in 20 secondi , gli chiedo di provare quella restituita e non funzionava... a quel punto ho detto al ragazzo di essere più gentile con i clienti e meno arrogante , che non mi sarei fatto 20km per restituire una cosa funzionante , e che i clienti sono coloro che portano soldi nel negozio.. la sua risposta " a me non me ne importa proprio" ...
