Questa è la filosofia dietro questo luogo, macelleria ma anche ristorante specializzato in carne, con un ampia scelta di carni frollate ad hoc, dalla Sashi, all Manzetta Prussiana, fino ad arrivare alla prelibata e celebre carne Kobe Se sei amante della carne, è il posto giusto per te! Abbiamo preso una bistecca da 1,08 kg (come da scontrino)… no Wagyu, no Sashi o altre carni pregiate… ma una normale bistecca per il costo di 55€ !!! Poi abbiamo preso una porzione scarsa di patate per il costo di €13….. e ripeto, purtroppo, la qualità non è la stessa di un anno fa. Definitely lowered quality compared to a year ago. Tartare al coltello eseguita all'istante e provata nelle varie tipologie proposte: livello qualitativo buono ma con una presenza eccessiva di sale grosso nell'esecuzione finale. Abbiamo deciso di evitare la bistecca nelle sue diverse varianti di razza e optare per le ulteriori proposte del menu: guancia molto succulenta così come ottimo il tris di salsicce. Unica pecca la carta dei vini ridotta ad una piccola lista di gran lunga ampliabile. Considerata la qualità e la varietà della materia prima i prezzi sono da ritenersi giusti: un ampliamento dei locali, una rivisitazione del menu dei primi (pressoché assenti la sera) e una carta dei vini all'altezza potrebbero senz'altro portare questo locale ai vertici regionali. A	Anton Guido Ceccherini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Riusciti a trovare l'ultimo posto disponibile per cena, ci rechiamo con un minimo di amticipo(un po' per educazione, soprattutto per fame) per avere a disposizione del tempo in più per scegliere i jolly dal menù. Ci vengono subito offerte 2 graditissime polpette cadauno, a base di carne bianca e besciamella Poi il menù ci viene spiegato nelle parti a noi più oscure e la scelta cade su 2 antipasti: 1 misto patanegra e cinta, e 1 con affettati misti(comprensivo di un assaggio di formaggio erborinato, roba da fine del mondo) A seguire, una sashi finlandese da 1kg(ci hanno fornito pure lo scontrino del peso). Ci viene spiegato della particolarità del tipo di carne, che effettivamente, a parte la sua bontà e tenerezza, ha una componente grassa importante ma morbida e saporitissima. Tutto innaffiato con 3 calici di rosso di Bolgheri. Per dolce e caffè, non c'era più posto. Il prezzo è stato in linea con quanto mi aspettavo e ne siamo usciti soddisfatti. Al momento, miglior posto dove abbiamo mangiato carne.
