★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che bel posticino.. la gestione è familiare e tutti sono molto cortesi e disponibili. Si mangia bene e con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Noi abbiamo preso i canederli chi in brodo e chi con burro, salvia e speck, formaggi misti, polenta con formaggio fuso e il piatto misto con polenta, carne formaggio e funghi. Una menzione speciale alle strudel... appena fatto e buonissimo... tanto buono che la mattina dopo siamo tornati per farci colazione! Consigliato.
 What a nice little place .. the management is familiar and everyone is very courteous and helpful. You eat well and with an excellent quality-price ratio. We took those dumplings in broth and some with butter, sage and bacon, mixed cheese, polenta with melted cheese and the mixed platter with polenta, meat, cheese and mushrooms. A special mention to the strudel ... freshly made and delicious ... so good that the next morning we came back for breakfast! Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se passate da Canal San Bovo non potete non fermarvi ad assaporare i piatti gustosi alla trattoria la fornace. E vi ricordo che se assaggiate il liquore al mirtillo Ve ne innamorerete.
Consiglio a tutti di fermarvi e provare

Speciale l'antipasto con vari tipi di formaggio abbinati con marmellate e le scaloppine ai porcini del Vanoi..
I was for lunch with a friend of mine and I can say that I ate very well. We were greeted and served politely Typical dishes of Trentino cooked really well. Special appetizer with various types of cheese paired with jams and Vanoi porcini escalopes.

Conduzione familiare, c'è da attendere un po' ma ne vale la pena.
Suggerisco caldamente di assaggiare il liquore al mirtillo che fanno loro. Davvero delizioso, ne prendo sempre una bottiglia prima di andare via.

Small restaurant but of the highest quality.
Family-run, there is a bit of a wait but it's worth it.
I strongly suggest you try the blueberry liqueur they make. Really delicious, I always take a bottle before I leave.
