★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El apartamento es muy grande y luminoso. Dos habitaciones independientes y dos baños completos. En la cocina había todo lo que se pueda necesitar. El sofá era muy cómodo y todas las estancias estaban perfectamente aisladas del ruido y del clima. La calefacción perfecta. El vecindario muy tranquilo. A 5 minutos a pie del Coliseo y a 2 minutos de la parada de metro. Nosotros visitamos todos los sitios relevantes a pie. El barrio cuenta con supermercados, tiendas de souvenirs y restaurantes excelentes. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue perfecta y nuestras peticiones extraordinarias fueron atendidas sin coste. Sin duda, lo recomiendo al 100% y repetiría mi estancia en este sitio.
The apartment is very large and bright. Two separate bedrooms and two full bathrooms. In the kitchen there was everything that could be needed. The sofa was very comfortable and all the rooms were perfectly insulated from noise and weather. The perfect heating. Very quiet neighborhood. 5 minutes walk from the Colosseum and 2 minutes from the metro stop. We visit all the relevant sites on foot. The neighborhood has supermarkets, souvenir shops and excellent restaurants. Communication with the host was perfect and our extraordinary requests were met at no cost. Without a doubt, I recommend it 100% and I would repeat my stay on this site.

Nuestra experiencia en la casa ha sido muy gratificante. La localización es perfecta para visitar cualquier parte de Roma. La casa está totalmente acondicionada y nos hemos sentido muy cómodos disfrutando de ella.
El trato con ustedes ha sido excepcional, ya que cuando tuvimos pequeño problema fuisteis a solucionarlo en minutos.
Y por decir algo, la ropa de baño no está a la altura de la casa y algunos de los huéspedes comentaron que las almohadas eran demasiado altas y/o duras. Aún así totalmente recomendable y no dudaríamos en volver de nuevo en futuras visitas a Roma.

Knowing Rome has been an unforgettable experience and part of it is thanks to the accommodation.
Our experience at the house has been very rewarding. The location is perfect for visiting any part of Rome. The house is fully equipped and we have felt very comfortable enjoying it.
The treatment with you has been exceptional, since when we had a small problem you went to solve it in minutes.
And to say the least, the bath linens are not up to par with the house and some guests commented that the pillows were too high and/or hard. Still totally recommendable and we would not hesitate to return again on future visits to Rome.
Thank you very much for being attentive to us and our needs at all times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10/10! I had stayed at the Sant'Andrea delle Frate location and I had a wonderful experience! The check in was smooth and seamless and I was especially impressed because I had booked super last minute and Alessandro was able to greet me at the apartment immediately. Alessandro also was super friendly and made himself available for any of my inquiries. The apartment had a beautiful design, was very clean, came fully equipped with everything I needed, and even had a laundry wash, which I needed as I was travelling for an extended period of time. I highly recommend The Best Rent and I think you will not regret booking with them.
