L'immobile, di gran pregio, mi è stato presentato da Daniele, un funzionario giovane ed estremamente preparato a cui vanno le mie congratulazioni. Non è la norma. Di solito gli immobili in centro storico vengono presentati da figure la cui istituzionalita' è evidentemente ed erroneamente misurata sull'età avanzata. Lo trovo un fatto di mera forma, stucchevole, che l'agenzia Tecnorete ha magistralmente superato...stupendomi, in stile ed efficienza avanguardista. Per ogni aspetto. La trattativa è andata a buon fine, la domanda e l'offerta si sono sposate in maniera direi quasi perfetta. La mia esperienza in Tecnorete è stata eccellente. Manifesto la mia gratitudine a Daniele, a Roberto il responsabile di Filiale e a tutto lo staff che ha reso possibile la felice conclusione della trattativa.

This is to show my amazement and my appreciation for the work of the Tecnorete real estate agency, located in the Monti district. The property, of great value, was presented to me by Daniele, a young and extremely prepared official to whom my congratulations go. It is not the norm. Usually the buildings in the historic center are presented by figures whose institutionality is evidently and erroneously measured on advanced age. I find it a fact of mere form, cloying, which the Tecnorete agency has masterfully overcome ... amazing me, in avant-garde style and efficiency. For every aspect.
