Nonostante siamo nativi del Salento non ci eravamo mai stati ( ma forse 27 anni fa non eravamo interessati a così tante bontà) Innanzitutto da dire, La materia prima di ottima qualità e sempre pronta fresca ( se non arrivi in orario, oltre le 20.00,perché la cucina chiude un po' prima, non trovi nulla di pronto o da fare, sinonimo di preparazione giornaliera) Il personale onesto e affabile, Una quantità infinita di prodotti del nostro Salento e non solo, anche i vini sono ricercati, Cosa dire, provare per credere.... e se volete mangiare sano, fresco, genuino, tipico, non potete non farci tappa...
