Oltre al pane il buon Massimo fa con le proprie mani anche delle ottime frise di grano, orzo e quest'anno ho assaggiato anche quelle ai cereali. Poi le friselline come le fa lui non le trovi da nessun altra parte. Per non parlare dei tarallini tipici pugliesi in tantissimi gusti ed i saporitissimi trochetti da sgranocchiare come aperitivo o in spiaggia. Infine anche i dolci non sono da meno. Insomma ogni volta che riparto dalla Puglia mi ci vuole un furgone per portarmi via il maggior numero di prodotti possibile! Se siete in vacanza sulle splendide spiagge salentine dovete obbligatoriamente farci una capatina.???
