Comunque é apprezzabile che facciano le salse "in casa". Il personale è attento e presente. The meat in my burger was juicy and fresh. But the combination of ingredients was not for me. I will have chosen badly. However it is appreciated that they make sauces "at home". The staff is attentive and present.

Su tutti, consiglio assolutamente i ribs di manzo, cotto al forno lentamente per circa trenta ore e quindi la carne diventa morbidissima come il burro. Da provare anche l'Apple crunch. I tempi di attesa non sono stati rapidissimi, ma vale la pena. Pleasant venue, delicious sandwiches, steaks and ribs. Above all, I absolutely recommend the beef ribs, cooked slowly in the oven for about thirty hours and then the meat becomes very soft like butter. Also try the Apple crunch. The waiting times weren't very fast, but it was worth it.

Il menù offre davvero piatti particolari diversi dai soliti hamburger ai quali si é abituati.. La torta brownie che ho assaggiato all'altezza del resto, abbondante, morbida dentro e con tante noci. Il prezzo finale onestissimo.. La cosa che mi ha colpito di più e che rappresenta il vero valore aggiunto di questo locale é l'ospitalità e la gentilezza che si incontra, che sa mettere a proprio agio i clienti.. The meat is very good and prepared in a very particular way .. It is difficult to find pastrami, pulled pork or smoked ribs in Rome .. The menu offers really special dishes different from the usual burgers you are used to .. The brownie cake I tasted at the height of the rest, abundant, soft inside and with many nuts. The very honest final price .. The thing that struck me the most and that represents the real added value of this place is the hospitality and kindness that is encountered, which knows how to put customers at ease ..

La location non è certo delle migliori ma ciò non ha certo reso meno positiva la nostra esperienza. Per quanto dia molto l’idea di catene ben più note, siamo rimasti colpiti dall’ottima qualità della carne che esalta strepitosamente la cottura al barbecue (che non c’entra nulla con un’ottima grigliatura, come spesso si pensa) e, soprattutto, la cortesia, la gentilezza e la preparazione del personale che ci ha accolti è un qualcosa di impagabile: solo quella sarebbe bastata per rendere perfetta questa esperienza! I prezzi sono assolutamente in linea con quanto mangiato risultando e m un eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo. Sicuramente torneremo per provare altre pietanze e ritrovare quella fantastica accoglienza! Inspired by the Instagram posts, we decided to try this great venue. The location is certainly not the best but this has certainly not made our experience less positive. Although it gives the idea of well-known chains, we were struck by the excellent quality of the meat that dramatically enhances cooking on the barbecue (which has nothing to do with excellent grilling, as is often thought) and, above all , the courtesy, kindness and preparation of the staff who welcomed us is something priceless: only that would have been enough to make this experience perfect! The prices are absolutely in line with what is eaten resulting in an excellent quality / price ratio. We will definitely come back to try other dishes and find that fantastic welcome!

Cucina classic American, di carne e sfizi fritti. Molto buoni i dolci, porzioni abbondanti, carne dal gusto non banale. Molto professionali e cordiali i ragazzi del servizio. Locale non molto grande ma in una posizione comoda, anche per i parcheggi. Prezzi adeguati alla proposta. Locale che sfiora le 5 stelle per me, ma per il momento lo giudico senza dubbio positivamente ma con 4, per gli spazi non molto ampi e per aver atteso un po troppo un piatto. Piccola nota, molto belle le stampe a muro ispirate agli anni 50. Consigliatissimo in finale, e sicuramente ci tornerò. Small note, very beautiful the wall inspired prints to the 50s. Highly recommended in the final, and definitely come back.
