Bad service. They don't listen to requests ... they make copies wrong and explain after printing ... and they still charge after making a mistake ... To be avoided absolutely !!!!

Per i prezzi le stampe b/n costano 0,05€, colori 0,6€. Rilegatura tesi in cartoncino 5€ e rigide da 20€ in similpelle a 25-30€ per seta ecopelle etc. Friendly and competent staff, they also do layout and retouching services, they know how to do their job (everything has a price of course). La professionalità è garantita. Se ci sono problemi vengono sempre risolti. La copisteria chiede inizialmente un formato "pdf" per la stampa, se il formato è in word lo fa sempre controllare al cliente, spiegando che ci sono milioni di versioni differenti in tutto il mondo e che quindi il file potrebbe essere visualizzato diversamente nelle varie versioni che la copisteria fornisce, ovviamente in computer differenti (ogni computer ha una versione, non può avere tutte le versioni esistenti) in più offre anche un servizio rapido e accurato di sistemazione tesi se viene richiesto. Tutti quelli che chiedono informazioni sulle tesi ricevono un promemoria dove sono scritte le indicazioni necessarie, sia per la stampa che per i prezzi, informando il cliente di tutto quello che ha bisogno di sapere per non trovarsi davanti ad una stampa non voluta. Sanno tutti che il punto forte di questa Copisteria è la velocità e la precisione. Ma il punto forte è soprattutto la cortesia e la disponibilità prestata alla clientela. Personalmente ho avuto un buon servizio, inoltre mi è capitato di vedere, in quanto frequento spesso il negozio, la pazienza mostrata nei confronti di clienti diciamo un po' problematici che fanno richieste assurde e incontentabili.
