★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous sommes arriver pendant les heures d'ouverture (en après-midi) et personne n'était présent. Ni à l'office, ni à la boutique.. nous avons attendu 20 Minutes avant qu'une dame vienne nous voir. Elle ne comprenait ni l'anglais, ni le français alors nous avions de la misère à se comprendre. Nous lui avons écrit en Italien si l'on pouvait visiter ou ne serait-ce qu'acheter un bouteille et elle nous à dit de partir et de revenir une autre fois qu'elle ne nous comprenait pas. Bref... nous avions le sourire et avions fait une heure de route alors c'est très désagréable comme accueil.
We arrived during opening hours (in the afternoon) and no one was present. Neither at the office, nor at the store .. we waited 20 minutes before a lady came to see us. She understood neither English nor French, so we had a hard time understanding each other. We wrote to her in Italian if we could visit or even buy a bottle and she told us to leave and come back another time that she didn't understand us. Anyway ... we were smiling and had an hour's drive so it's very unpleasant as a welcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped by after the lunch time. The winery shop was closed but after ringing the bell someone from the staff arrived. A young man introduced us with their wines and we tasted two ripasso. The service was very polite and helpfull and in english.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good wines, but we were kind of surprised that we had to pay the full €15 per person fee for the tasting, while we only tried three very small glasses of wine and at the same time purchased a whole box of Amarone wine. We would have expected to get the ‘’tasting’’ for free or at least receive a substantial discount.
