Nulla da dire sulla marca da sempre fatto acquisti da tezenis, piuttosto da ridire sul personale che sarebbe da controllare e magari formare meglio..
Chiudere una cassa 20 min prima delle 21h mi sembra esagerato e non farti entrare in negozio perchè ha passato il mocio 30 min prima della chiusura una cosa oscena!
Il centro commerciale chiude alle 21h io fino alle 20h50 posso tranquillamente entrare e acquistare.. commessa per niente simpatica spero che la tua responsabile non sia al corrente di tutto questo, perché sarebbe inaccettabile..

Nothing to say about the brand that has always been purchased from tezenis, rather to complain about the staff who would need to be controlled and perhaps better trained ..
Closing a cash desk 20 min before 21h seems exaggerated and do not let you into the shop because it passed the mop 30 min before closing, an obscene thing!
The shopping center closes at 21h, I can safely go in and buy up to 20h50 .. I hope your manager is not aware of all this, because it would be unacceptable ..
