★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passato per chiedere semplici informazioni, al di là della grande quantità di persone, il personale ha saputo destreggiarsi bene tra clienti più o meno scortesi che chiedevano di tutto.... Hanno saputo rispondermi con educazione e in modo garbato a tutte le domande che avevo anche se alla fine non sono passato in Tim ahahahha ma quello non per colpa loro ma per esigenze personali... Se vi capita quindi passate perché il personale è preparato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venerdì 13.12.2019 mia Moglie , si è recata presso questo centro , per cambiare un telefono cellulare acquistato dal Padre di 85 anni il 7.12.2019 perchè nonostante si fosse raccomandato che il telefono doveva avere lettere grandi e una suoneria forte , il prodotto SHARRK-X3 , non soddisfa questi requisiti . Il personale pur di vendere un telefono , ha venduto un prodotto inefficiente ed inefficace per la persona di mio Suocero e secondo il mio parere con un comportamento quasi da denuncia per truffa. Comunque il personale non ha voluto in alcun modo cambiare o riprendere indietro il prodotto perchè aveva ricevuto 2 telefonate . Comunque la responsabile del negozio Katy che non ci ha voluto dire neanche il cognome, non ci ha detto nemmeno come trovare l'indirizzo della direzione aziendale per i reclami dandoci mail falsa .
DETTO COMPORTAMENTO A MIO PARERE E' INQUALIFICABILE PER CUI VALUTO IL NEGOZIO MENO DI ZERO STELLE .
Friday 13.12.2019 my wife, went to this center, to change a cell phone purchased by the 85-year-old father on 7.12.2019 because although it was recommended that the phone should have large letters and a loud ringtone, the product SHARRK- X3, does not meet these requirements. In order to sell a telephone, the staff sold an inefficient and ineffective product for my father-in-law's person and in my opinion with an almost fraudulent complaint. However the staff did not want to change or return the product in any way because it had received 2 calls. However, the store manager Katy, who didn't want to tell us the last name, didn't even tell us how to find the company management address for complaints by giving us false emails.
IN MY OPINION, SUCH BEHAVIOR IS INQUALIFIABLE FOR WHICH I EVALUATE THE STORE LESS THAN ZERO STARS.

Personalmente l'assistente Alessandra mi ha consigliato il contratto per tutta la famiglia sia per i cellulari che per il modem,oggi sono passata alla fibra grazie al consiglio di Alessandra.grazie di cuore ❤
What about the tim center which is located inside the Oasi supermarket, staff trained for any indication always polite and available with patience and a smile. Personally, the assistant Alessandra recommended me the contract for the whole family for both mobile phones and modems, today I switched to fiber thanks to Alessandra's advice. Thank you very much ❤
