 Went last Saturday at 6:55 pm, urged to hurry up because closing. Staff not very helpful, according to them for company directives. A customer at 6:59 pm left outside the door. I repeat, closing at 7pm in the middle of Christmas: no comment.

Commesse al limite dell educazione e professionalità. Ti fanno aspettare per pagare, mentre chi dovrebbe stare alla cassa chiacchiera tranquillamente di affari personali con altre persone fuori la postazione cassa, senza preoccuparsi della fila che si crea, (senza contare che in questo periodo di Covid non bisogna creare assembramenti ? )e poi se fai notare che dovrebbero forse tornare al proprio posto ti rispondono " ma ora deve pagare???" Assurdo le manderei tutte a scuola ad imparare un po' di educazione e rispetto.

Orders bordering on education and professionalism. They make you wait to pay, while those who should be at the cashier quietly chat about personal business with other people outside the cashier station, without worrying about the queue that is created, (not to mention that in this period of Covid there is no need to create gatherings ?) if you point out that they should perhaps go back to their seats they answer "but now he has to pay ???" Absurd, I would send them all to school to learn a little education and respect.
