★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mai più!!! comprato un paio di scarpe per mia figlia per regalargliele a Natale, provate in negozio l'8/12 e mai più messe, il giorno di Natale le ha riprovate con calza un poco più grosse e ci siamo accorti che erano troppo di misura e quindi rimesse in scatola. Chiesto al negozio di sostituirle la "titolare" ha detto che era impossibile perchè con suola sporca e leggermente piegate, dopo avergli fatto notare che il pavimento del negozio dove le aveva provate era sporco e che non le aveva più indossate ha anche puntigliosamente fatto notare che le avevo acquistate il giorno 8/12 con loro promessa a cambiarcele dopo natale nel caso non andassero bene, probabilmente non era a conoscenza, come le ho fatto notare, che anche quest'anno il Natale è caduto il 25 ed il 26 era Santo Stefano quindi solo oggi (27/12) ho potuto portare indietro il regalo di Natale di Mia figlia... io terrò un paio di scarpe da 275 € della Nike... loro hanno perso una cliente affezzionata (mia moglie loro cliente da anni)
never again!!! bought a pair of shoes for my daughter to give them to her at Christmas, try them on in the shop on 8/12 and never wear them again, on Christmas day she tried them again with a slightly bigger sock and we realized that they were too large and therefore put back in the box. Asked the shop to replace them, the "owner" said it was impossible because with dirty and slightly bent sole, after pointing out that the floor of the shop where he had tried them was dirty and that he had no longer worn them, he also meticulously pointed out that I had bought them on 8/12 with their promise to change them after Christmas if they did not go well, probably she was not aware, as I pointed out, that this year Christmas fell on the 25th and on the 26th it was Boxing Day so only today (27/12) I was able to bring back my daughter's Christmas present ... I will keep a pair of Nike shoes for € 275 ... they have lost a loyal customer (my wife their customer for years)
