Sono entrata con il mio ragazzo per degli acquisti questa settimana, di sabato.
Dovendo prepararmi in vista di una crociera per motivi di lavoro, avevo pensato di approfittarne per comprare qualche maglia e dell'intimo. Stavo andando a colpo sicuro visto che ho spesso comprato da Tezenis anche se a negozi diversi.
Entrambe le commesse non mi hanno salutato (nonostante avessi salutato per prima). Una di loro continuava a stare nelle vicinanze e a fissarmi, senza mai rivolgermi la parola. Mentre altre clienti, anche arrivate da poco, venivano salutate e veniva chiesto loro se necessitassero di qualcosa. Sinceramente la cosa mi ha messo a disagio e nonostante il mio ragazzo avesse comprato, non ho voluto comprare nulla.

I went in with my boyfriend for some shopping this week, on a Saturday.
Having to prepare for a cruise for work reasons, I had thought of taking the opportunity to buy some shirts and underwear. I was going without fail as I have often bought from Tezenis albeit at different stores.
Both orders did not greet me (despite having greeted first). One of them kept standing nearby and staring at me, never speaking to me. While other customers, even recently arrived, were greeted and asked if they needed anything. Honestly, it made me uncomfortable and despite my boyfriend having bought, I didn't want to buy anything.

Non sapendo cosa comprare chiedevo alla ragazza addetta alla vendita, una morettina con capelli neri legati a coda, se poteva aiutarmi.
La stessa che si trovava al cellulare conversando con una sua amica, si girava dal lato opposto e commentava con la sua interlocutrice testuali parole:
“Dove va la gente in giro co sto freddo? Io non sarei uscita neanche per 50€. !!”
Capendo di arrecare disturbo alla signorina uscivo ed andavo ad acquistare qualcosa da intimassimi!!
I once came in because I wanted to buy a gift for my wife.
Not knowing what to buy, I asked the sales girl, a brunette with black hair tied in a ponytail, if she could help me.
The same woman who was on the cell phone conversing with a friend of hers, turned to the opposite side and commented with her interlocutor in the textual words:
“Where do people go around so cold? I wouldn't have gone out even for € 50. !! "
Realizing that I was disturbing the young lady, I went out and went to buy something to intimassimi !!

Ero andata in negozio per comprare una borsa mare ma purtroppo sono uscita a mani vuote.
Sono entrata, ho salutato e nessuna ha risposto, mi hanno trattata male.
Ho chiesto alla signora in cassa se potesse mostrarmi le borse, senza nemmeno rivolgermi parola le ha prese e le ha letteralmente sbattute sul bancone.
L'altra ragazza mi guardava e mi controllava nemmeno fossi lì per rubare.
MALEDUCAZIONE UNICA.
Rude staff.
I went to the shop to buy a beach bag but unfortunately I went out empty-handed.
I went in, greeted and no one answered, they treated me badly.
I asked the lady at the cashier if she could show me the bags, without even speaking to me she took them and literally threw them on the counter.
The other girl looked at me and checked me even if I was there to steal.
UNIQUE RUDE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commessa alla cassa, maleducata ed ignorante sempre...non ha voluto fare un cambio di un acquisto fatto poco prima perché non avevo lo scontrino, mentre il servizio clienti mi ha detto che avrebbe potuto farlo ricercandolo in cassa.
Saleswoman at the cashier, always rude and ignorant ... she didn't want to exchange a purchase made shortly before because I didn't have a receipt, while customer service told me that she could do it by looking for it at the cashier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorvolo sulla maleducazione è indisponenza della commessa, che tra l'altro era in un mondo tutto suo. Per la prima volta non mi hanno fatto un reso perché l'etichetta era venuta via. Mai più in questo Tezenis, posto dove mi ero sempre trovata benissimo con la gerente che è assai più disponibile.
Overflight on the rudeness and indignity of the saleswoman, who among other things was in a world of her own. For the first time, they didn't return me because the label had come off. Never again in this Tezenis, a place where I had always had a great time with the manager who is much more helpful.
