Ciò che mi ha invogliata ad acquistare un piumino reversibile, è stato il bel sorriso sul volto della commessa Francesca, la sua pazienza ad illustrare i capi di abbigliamento spiegando con professionalità la composizione, il prezzo, addirittura ha anticipato i miei gusti proponendomi i prodotti che più avrebbero potuto piacermi. Non ha perso la pazienza, come spesso accade a commessi di altri vari negozi). Elogio Francesca che ha svolto il suo lavoro con dedizione, sempre in maniera gentile e garbata. Mi ha fatto provare e acquistare il capo, mi ha aiutato alla fine a decidere per l'acquisto. Ora indosso il mio piumino color verde mela con grande soddisfazione e con il ricordo di quella giornata.
