★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever I am in Tuscany, I always stop at Teste & Lische for either lunch or dinner. It is a small, quaint restaurant, right on the beach in Marina di Pisa. You get the authentic local Italian experience, with excellent service and amazing food. Definitely the freshest seafood in the area. My personal favorite is the Crudita di Mare, which is basically a raw seafood plate. I recommend to call ahead and make a reservation for it, because they often run out it's so good!
