★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visit this restaurant every year when we visit my husband's family in Italy. This was our 3rd visit and we were quite disappointed.
Their menu was reduced to so little. The seafood was fresh but not as fresh as the first 2 visits. Everything came in a timely fashion but I was not impressed. Perhaps because we visited on a busy night.
We might five this place another chance on our next return to Italy but it is yet to be decided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Ristorante Scalo 34 in Marina di Pisa. Very friendly staff and beautiful patio to dine outside. Delicious seafood, fish and combined pasta or rice dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is good, but the food was disappointing. The spaghetti and risotto were undercooked. The lobster and shrimps had a burned taste. For this money we better could have had some pizza with a great wine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately service was very poor and unprofessional. a woman who seems to lead the FOH team can’t even wear a mask properly(other staffs wear properly though), no smile, when we asked that we would like to sit outside(because it was such a beautiful day with shining sun) she showed us a face which easily told us that she doesn’t wanna prepare a table for us…then we had to wait for soooooo long after we got antipasti and primi. Secondi never came after waited for one hour and 20 mins, then we decided to leave the restaurant. No apology for the waited time, really nothing… how it could be like this at such a good looking restaurant…it was the first time in my life I couldn’t get what I ordered and left a restaurant without even getting “sorry”. For the record, we weren’t the only ones who was made to wait for looong time, to get food or seat, or even to pay. Shame…
