I	Iulia Daniela Negru on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In data 25 gennaio 2017 mi sono recata alle 12.30 presso lo studio medico del dott. Tesei Lorenzo per una prima visita. Alle 12.35 mi viene chiesto di compilare un formulario dalla segretretaria. Li suggerisco di fare questi formulari eletronici così da facilitare la compilazione. La risposta "ma guardi a me serve per la sua cartella e se vuole può anche non compilarlo". Sentendo questa risposta che non c'entrava nè con il mio suggerimento nè con la situazione ho interotto la compilazione e mi sono seduta. Vengo fatta accomodare alle 12.40 e mi viene chiesto di compilare un'altro formulario, che chiaramente indica che si deve firmare alla FINE della visita, molto poco leggibile (immagino vittima di anni de fotocopiatura). Scrivo sul questo 1. Non si vede 2. Si firma alla fine e il dottore entra e mi dice che non mi vuole visitare dato che non ho compilato le schede. Faccio presente che mi è stato indicato che non serve dalla sua segretaria e che per essere là nel suo studio ho cancellato impegni di lavoro. Mi dice che non li interesso come paziente. Mi sento di spiegare al dottore che io non firmo documenti dichiarando il falso (la visita non era avvenuta, non potevo firmare il consenso). Lui strappa i fogli davanti a me. Se volete essere trattati come animali, andate pure. Io non ho mai visto una mancanza di rispetto simile per una persona, e per un paziente. L	LORENZO TESEI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo la Signora ha rifiutato di firmare il modulo della privacy e del consenso informato alla visita odontoiatrica e di fornire i suoi dati anamnestici: il tutto indispensabile per procedere con qualsiasi atto medico ed attuare le precauzioni necessarie nel caso di patologie trasmissibili al fine di proteggere adeguatamente il personale e gli altri pazienti dello Studio, rendendo quindi impossibile per legge ogni prestazione. Ci dispiace molto per la reazione sguaiata della Signora in Studio, che ci ha fortemente imbarazzato. La diffidiamo formalmente dal fornire ulteriori notizie false. Purtroppo, talvolta dobbiamo dare la massima disponibilità per la persona che in quel momento sta soffrendo e necessita di cure immediate, e continueremo a farlo , perché è il nostro dovere. Comunque apprezziamo e riteniamo costruttiva ed istruttiva ogni critica. Grazie veramente. Nelle occasioni degli appuntamenti fissati che Lei ha saltato senza preavviso, eravamo puntualissimi.
