★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contattati per fissare una visita tramite assicurazione sanitaria complementare mi hanno proposto un appuntamento a Giugno (3 mesi d’attesa) non dandomi indicazioni sul giorno e dicendomi che nel caso avessi avuto urgenza potevo rivolgermi ad un’altra struttura in modo abbastanza scortese (complimenti per la professionalità della vostra receptionist)...... grazie del consiglio, lo farò subito, perché se questo è il vostro modo di lavorare è meglio starvi alla larga.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho vissuto per un anno e mezzo a Trieste e proprio in quel periodo ho dovuto far fronte a piccoli problemi quali devitalizzazione di un dente ed estrazione di due denti del giudizio. Vedendo gli ottimi risultati del primo intervento ne ho approfittato e il dottor Gotti mi ha inoltre curato tutta una serie di carie che avevo trascurato in passato. Che dire? Mi sono trovato come a casa, mentre nella mia città d'origine mi hanno sempre curato curato carie inesistenti e non ho mai trovato nessuno di cui potessi fidarmi. Nello studio del dottor Gotti ho trovato la massima professionalità intesa come rapporto tra pulizia, cortesia, velocità e precisione: il dottore sa quando e dove deve agire e lo fa senza perdere troppo tempo, con ottimi risultati.
I lived for a year and a half in Trieste and at that time I had to face small problems such as the devitalization of a tooth and the extraction of two wisdom teeth. Seeing the excellent results of the first surgery, I took advantage of it and Dr. Gotti also treated me for a whole series of cavities that I had neglected in the past. What to say? I found myself at home, while in my hometown they always treated me with non-existent cavities and I never found anyone I could trust. In doctor Gotti's office I found the utmost professionalism understood as the relationship between cleanliness, courtesy, speed and precision: the doctor knows when and where to act and does it without wasting too much time, with excellent results.

Sono sempre stata accolta con molta cortesia sia dal dott. GOTTI che dalle sue assistenti, trattata con molta professionalità, messa a mio agio e sopratutto tranquillizzata, dandomi una accurata spiegazione delle mie problematiche, mi ha immediatamente instradata verso la soluzione migliore. Sono pochi i medici che rendono partecipe il paziente nell'attuazione delle cure più adatte, condividendone le motivazioni, spesso non sai nè perchè nè cosa esattamente ti viene fatto.
Location davvero molto bella, che mette, da subito, a proprio agio i clienti più piccoli con uno spazio gioco apposito non ero mai stata da un dentista con uno studio così curato.

I have always been welcomed with great courtesy both by Dr. GOTTI that from his assistants, treated with a lot of professionalism, put at ease and above all calm, giving me an accurate explanation of my problems, he immediately led me to the best solution. There are few doctors who make the patient participate in the implementation of the most suitable treatments, sharing the motivations, often you do not know either why or what exactly is done to you.
Very nice location, which immediately puts younger customers at ease with a special play area I had never been to a dentist with such a nice studio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Studio molto professionale e all'avanguardia. prima di qualunque intervento viene fornito un preventivo scritto ed il medico è molto disponibile a spiegarlo. il personale é molto gentile e disponibile nel venire in contro alle esigenze dei pazienti. Prima di essere seguito dal dottor Gotti ho girato molti dentisti e con nessuno ho mai avuto il rapporto di fiducia come con questo studio dentistico.
valore aggiunto sono i prezzi contenuti, e le spiegazioni oneste che il dottore fornisce.
nel mio caso avevo una grande otturazione ed il dente era cariato. il dottore mi ha consigliato di fare una capsula per rendere più sicuro il dente, dandomi come alternativa la ricostruzione, spiegandomi però, che nel caso si fosse rotto maggiormente in un futuro, non poteva garantire la salvezza del dente. ho apprezzato molto l'onestà.

Before being followed by Dr. Gotti I toured many dentists and with no one I ever had the trust relationship as with this dental practice.
added value is the low prices, and honest explanations that the doctor provides.
in my case I had a big filling and the tooth was decayed. the doctor advised me to make a capsule to make the tooth safer, giving me the reconstruction as an alternative, but explaining to me, that in case it broke more in the future, it could not guarantee the safety of the tooth. I really appreciated honesty.
I highly recommend it, the visit is free.
