★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' praticamente impossibile parlare con qualcuno al telefono (sono 3 giorni che provo). Non rispondono alle email... proverò di persona ma i precedenti non mi fanno sperare bene.

Per correttezza modifico il voto perchè dopo molti giorni e messaggi email sono stato contattato da una impiegata molto gentile e disponibile che mi ha dato tutte le indicazioni necessarie. Probabilmente l'unica impiegata volenterosa dell'intero ispettorato ma ha alzato il mio voto.
It is practically impossible to talk to someone on the phone (I have been trying for 3 days). They do not respond to emails ... I will try in person but the precedents do not make me hope well.

For fairness I change the vote because after many days and email messages I was contacted by a very kind and helpful employee who gave me all the necessary information. Probably the only willing employee of the entire inspectorate but raised my vote.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do una stella perché di meno non si può...sono stato lì due volte di persona la prima ho trovato ispettore maschio ho avuto risposte del tipo "ma vedi tu decidi tu"! La seconda volta ispettrice femmina ( in ciabatte e gia' da qui ho capito che avevo fatto 30km per niente) mi suggerisce di inviare mail perché quel giorno ovviamente il sistema non funzionava...sono passati 4 mesi ancora nessuna risposta! Chiamo rispondono ovviamente dopo un po'...e mi mettono in attesa "per la cronaca sono ancora in attesa" spero non gli sia accaduto qualcosa a quell'operatore magari un colpo d'aria sapete quando si lavora troppo e si suda
I give a star because you can not ... I have been there twice in person the first I found male inspector I had answers like "but you see you decide"! The second time female inspector (in slippers and from here I realized that I had done 30km for nothing) suggests me to send mail because that day obviously the system did not work ... 4 months have passed yet no answer! I call, of course, after a while ... and they put me on hold "for the record I'm still waiting" I hope something didn't happen to that operator, maybe an air shot you know when you work too much and you sweat

Essere “piacevoli” non è scontato quando si fa un lavoro a contatto fisico o telefonico con le persone.
Felice di poter “parlare bene” di un servizio pubblico!

Sono in attesa e ancora non ho avuto risposta.
Ho fatto diverse telefonate e non rispondono. O ti mettono in attesa (due telefonate con attesa di circa un ora, ieri tre con attese simili) e non rispondono o ti mettono giù.
Bad service.
I am waiting and still have not received an answer.
I made several phone calls and they don't answer. Or they put you on hold (two calls with a wait of about an hour, yesterday three with similar expectations) and don't answer or put you down.

Secondo me non è possibile avere un servizio del genere.
