Inoltre, a differenza di molti altri luoghi che abbiamo visitato, il personale ha indossato la mascherina per tutto il tempo, sia all’interno che all’esterno (fuori c’erano almeno 35 gradi) e ad ogni angolo era provvisto di gel disinfettante. Bravissimi! Consiglio vivamente!! Super nice staff, a girl showed us all the stages of the work, carefully explaining how they are done. Everything is done by hand! In addition, unlike many other places we visited, the staff wore the mask all the time, both inside and outside (it was at least 35 degrees outside) and each corner was equipped with disinfectant gel. Very good! I highly recommend !!

Grazie a Costanza ho potuto fare un vero e proprio tour che mi ha permesso di conoscere le tecniche di lavorazione della terracotta, famosa nei secoli per essere stata utilizzata in tanti monumenti fiorentini come la Cupola del Duomo di Brunelleschi; quelle stesse tecniche vengono applicate ancora oggi per produrre orci, vasi e oggetti di uso quotidiano, tutti con certificato di qualità CAT. Inoltre durante la visita mi sono stati raccontati aneddoti e curiosità. Consiglio vivamente di visitare la fornace, se passate da queste parti: non ve ne pentirete! I had the opportunity to visit this historic Impruneta furnace a few days ago: it is managed by the Masini family who work there every day with so much passion. Thanks to Costanza I was able to take a real tour that allowed me to learn about the techniques of working with terracotta, famous over the centuries for having been used in many Florentine monuments such as Brunelleschi's Dome of the Cathedral; those same techniques are still applied today to produce jars, vases and everyday objects, all with a CAT quality certificate. Furthermore, during the visit I was told anecdotes and curiosities. I highly recommend visiting the furnace if you pass by here: you will not regret it!

Lovely family that runs the shop now. They export all over the world, especially to places in the U.S. like California and New York
