Nonostante che il profumo sia stato conservato in un ambiente poco ventilato e non caldo, ho contattato l’assistenza ed ho ricevuto una risposta piccata e infastidita alle mie lamentele, non lo consiglio vivamente.

I didn't have the slightest doubt, I understood it when, losing myself in the various processes, fragrances and different shades, I felt that infamous heart sank.
