H	Heidrun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positiv: Die Lage direkt in Albarese ist perfekt für Wanderungen im Maremma-Park. Durch die dicken Mauern des Gebäudes ist es nachts wirklich sehr, sehr ruhig, Gute, feste Matratze. Das Gebäude selbst ist von außen sehr beeindruckend.. Negativ: Das Zimmer hatte leider "Gefängnis-Atmosphäre", weil das Fenster so hoch lag, dass man nur mit einer kleinen Leiter hinausschauen konnte, Das Zimmer wurde bei 3 Nächten Aufenthalt nicht gereinigt, was bei der Beschreibung aber nirgendwo vermerkt war..

Ho alloggiato nell'appartamento al piano superiore e, nonostante non disponesse di aria condizionata, non si è patito il caldo a causa del forte vento presente per una settimana intera. Appartamento molto spazioso, ottima pulizia, asciugarmi puliti forniti in grandi quantità durante l'intero soggiorno Great accommodation. G	Gio gave on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevamo chiesto una bella camera perché era una occasione speciale. Ci hanno dato la piccionaia, che aveva il letto in un soppalco con ripida scala a chiocciola. Senza avvisarci. Peccato che soffro di vertigini! La struttura non aveva nemmeno il minimo necessario (considerato il prezzo!): Non c'era un tappetino x il bagno, il porta spazzolini e nella doccia non c'era nemmeno un portasapone. La camera era un forno. Quando abbiamo acceso l'aria condizionata, dopo diversi tentativi perché era difettoso il telecomando, abbiamo avuto una pessima sorpresa: un rumore assordante. Morale: non abbiamo chiuso occhio tutta notte. Alla mattina, abbiamo chiesto un cambio di camera ma non è stato possibile perché era tutto pieno. Abbiamo lasciato immediatamente la stanza e abbiamo dovuto cercare un'altra sistemazione con grande difficoltà oltre al danno economico. Hanno negato il problema dell'aria (salvo scoprire che in realtà non solo lo sapevano ma dopo la nostra partenza hanno chiamato i tecnici). Ho scritto immediatamente il giorno stesso un messaggio alla struttura segnalando il tutto. Non mi hanno nemmeno risposto. Il lunedì con tutta calma si sono fatti vivi per avere il pagamento della notte!!! Una pessima esperienza e soprattutto una pessima gestione. The structure did not even have the minimum necessary (considering the price!): There was no mat for the bathroom, the toothbrush holder and in the shower there was not even a soap dish. The room was an oven. When we turned on the air conditioning, after several attempts because the remote control was faulty, we had a very bad surprise: a deafening noise. Moral: we haven't slept all night. In the morning, we asked for a room change but it was not possible because everything was full. We left the room immediately and had to look for another accommodation with great difficulty in addition to the economic damage. They denied the problem of the air (except to discover that in reality they not only knew it but after our departure they called the technicians). The same day I immediately wrote a message to the structure reporting everything. They didn't even answer me. On Monday they calmly showed up to get the payment for the night !!! A bad experience and above all bad management. How to ruin a relaxing weekend
