Guida super preparata qualche piccolo disagio su una sistemazione ma tutto come presentato nel pacchetto. è vero che le sistemazioni hanno bagno in comune ma io ricordo che era riportato sulle indicazioni di viaggio. Io lo consiglio Travel to beautiful Iceland. Super prepared guide some minor inconvenience about accommodation but all as presented in the package. it is true that the accommodations have a shared bathroom but I remember it was shown on the travel directions. I recommend it

Se lo standard doveva essere semplice ma confortevole il risultato è stato 1 notte in un ostello della gioventù con bagni (sporchi) in comune per tutti gli ospiti della struttura e 3 notti in un appartamento (pare di proprietà dell'agenzia viaggi) condiviso con 8 persone e 1 bagno in comune (poca pressione per acqua calda). Per completezza le altre 3 notti sono state confortevoli cosi come descritto in sede di prenotazione del viaggio in Islanda. Nonostante le molteplici segnalazioni via mail all'agenzia non abbiamo avuto risposta diretta ma la guida ci ha riferito disponibilitá a trovare altra sistemazione a nostro esclusivo carico. Travel Iceland 26.12.17 - 2.01.18. The agency has failed to meet our expectations. If the standard was to be simple but comfortable, the result was 1 night in a youth hostel with shared (dirty) bathrooms for all guests of the structure and 3 nights in an apartment (apparently owned by the travel agency) shared with 8 people and 1 shared bathroom (little pressure for hot water). For completeness the other 3 nights were comfortable as described when booking the trip to Iceland. Despite the multiple reports sent to the agency by e-mail, we had no direct response but the guide reported availability to find other accommodation at our sole expense.

Un viaggio molto Articolato con spostamenti in Gommone e pernottamenti in tenda in posti molto isolati. La guida eccellente. Persona molto preparata e attenta ad ogni dettaglio ed esigenza del viaggiatore. I driver dei gommoni tutti esperti e ci hanno fatto fare ore di navigazione anche in Mare aperto sempre in grande sicurezza. Li consiglio sicuramente. Excellent agency. A perfect organization for a 15 day trip to Greenland. A very articulated journey with inflatable boats and overnight stays in tents in very isolated places. The excellent guide. Person very prepared and attentive to every detail and need of the traveler. The rubber dinghy drivers are all experts and made us do hours of sailing even in the open sea always in great safety. I would definitely recommend them.

L'Islanda è magnifica, è vero che siamo stati molto fortunati con il tempo e che il gruppo era ristretto, ma devo dire che l'organizzazione è stata impeccabile. I pasti ottimi, anche quelli al sacco. Gli alloggi molto accoglienti, ben riscaldati, tutti in posti molto belli. La guida ottima conducente del pulmino, sempre pronta a fornire spiegazioni sui luoghi che abbiamo visitato, ben preparata e molto sicura nel risolvere ogni piccolo contrattempo. L'atmosfera è stata sempre gradevole e collaborativa. Consiglio vivamente... Consiglio travel above expectations. Iceland is magnificent, it is true that we were very fortunate with time and that the group was small, but I must say that the organization was impeccable. Excellent meals, even packed ones. The very comfortable accommodation, well heated, all in very beautiful places. The excellent driver's guide of the minibus, always ready to provide explanations on the places we visited, well prepared and very safe in resolving any small setback. In agenzia mi ha seguita Carlo, di lui mi ha colpito il fatto che abbia cercato anche un contatto telefonico e non solo per mail, come mi è capitato per tante altre agenzie. Inoltre è stato disponibile e gentilissimo e in ogni mia richiesta/dubbio. La guida in Norvegia, Pietro, è stata fantastica! Super organizzato in tutto, ha saputo intrattenere tutto il gruppo, ci spiegava bene ogni cosa.. davvero bravo! Complimenti Terre Polari! I went to Norway with them and it was a great trip! Carlo followed me to the agency, I was struck by the fact that he also sought a telephone contact and not just by e-mail, as has happened to me for many other agencies. He was also helpful and very kind and in all my requests / doubts. The guide in Norway Pietro was great! Super organized in everything, he was able to entertain the whole group, he explained everything well to us .. really good! Congratulations Terre Polari!

The guide was a geologist (and a kayak teacher!) so that was an extra that we had on understanding the territory! All the expenses and the equipment needed was very well explained before leaving.
