Certo che fin che parli ad una persona questa pensa solo al cell. non mi sembra professionale né tantomeno educato nei confronti di chi ha davanti. Forse sbaglio ma sono lì x vendere/affittare, ed è da quello che guadagnano o no ?... Io personalmente la sconsiglio... 1 Stella è già troppo.... M	Manuela Panizzon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorrei tanto scrivere personale molto giovane, fresco ,Bravo ,competente e informato ma purtroppo non parlerei dell'agenzia immobiliare Luca di thiene. purtroppo personale sia giovane che non incompetente menefreghista è maleducato;Noi abbiamo trattato con una ragazza molto giovane e purtroppo in mattinata per fare tre fotocopie e fare una proposta( cosa dà nemmeno 1ora)abbiamo dovuto perdere quasi 2 ore di lavoro ,Il motivo ? è molto semplice... non è tanto per le fotocopie o per quanto noi abbiamo parlato con la ragazza ma più che altro per quanto noi abbiamo dovuto ascoltare le sue chiacchere al telefono dei suoi rinvii di visite per motivi di pioggia (non si voleva bagnare la ragazza )e per le sue telefonate private. Per non parlare della visita all'appartamento, non sapeva rispondere a delle domande molto semplici come se La cedolare era secca o meno e varie piccole cose che Bisognerebbe studiare prima di una visita .dato che l'avevamo fissata alcuni giorni prima, tempo per studiare le caratteristiche ce n'era... purtroppo io non sono abituata a questa incompetenza è maleducazione Quindi io mi sento di sconsigliare l'agenzia San Luca di Thiene mi rincresce molto ma purtroppo non posso fare altrimenti . Chi ha tempo da perdere e voglia di essere trattato male entri pure!! altrimenti ce ne sono molte altre che vale la pena di perdere un po' di tempo di lavoro( sicuramente no 2 ore )però per buoni risultati e brave persone. Avoi la scelta. È stato sempre disponibile e molto professionale. Alla fine siamo riusciti a comprarla in tempi brevi grazie a lui che ha seguito il tutto. Insomma visto che con quest'agenzia e con tante altre l'affitto non è facile prendere a Thiene ho deciso di comprare una casa e quindi mi sono rivolto per la seconda volta da loro e devo dire che ho cambiato totalmente l'idea sulla loro professionalità, disponibilità e assistenza. Mi sono fidato e mi hanno dato gradi soddisfazioni in tutto il percorso! Grazie Massimo! Personale moto gentile e anche preparato con evidente conoscenza del mercato immobiliare. Ho girato in molte altre agenzie immobiliari in Thiene ma onestamente devo prendere atto che è stata la sola che mi ha dimostrato attenzione per il cliente ed e stato così la stessa cosa anche per un mio amico che mi aveva consigliato di provare a rivolgermi alla San Luca. La consiglio vivamente ottima esperienza che mi pienamente soddisfatto. I have to thank this agency was the only one to look for a house with the characteristics I indicated. Non è un’agenzia immobiliare dove si fanno promesse, qui si parla CHIARO e davvero mi sono sentito a CASA in tutti i sensi.
