★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono stato fisicamente in questa azienda, ma ho assaggiato a Cosenza il loro Timpapara del 2013 e devo dire che mi ha lasciato fulminato per la sua morbidezza ed il suo sapore meraviglioso. Ogni volta che posso mi faccio portare una bottiglia dagli amici calabresi.
I have not been physically in this company, but I tasted their Timpapara from Cosenza in Cosenza and I must say that it left me electrocuted for its softness and its wonderful flavor. Whenever I can, I take a bottle of Calabrian friends with me.

Tra le migliori produzioni sono certamente da catalogare i vostri prodotti. In particolare il Kaulos. Dotato di grande complessità aromatica, sprigiona eleganti note di frutti di bosco, lampone e leggere sfumature di tabacco. Al palato risulta morbido e persistente. Complimenti.
