★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si possono degustare vini di loro produzione.Dall" ottimo Lugana al Botticino d.o.c .L' assaggio è abbinato a salumi e formaggi locali e sapientemente guidato dal signor Tognazzi che spiega il disciplinare, gli uvaggi ,i tempi di maturazione ed i luoghi più adatti alla coltivazione delle vigne.Il Terroir dà un notevolissimo contributo di qualità legato naturalmente alle scelte di vinificazione ed appassimento delle uve.Un esempio è il Coppio, una riserva superlativa da non perdere.Avere la possibilità di selezionare vini di qualità utilizzando il proprio gusto ,prima di acquistarli è un privilegio.Quindi chi può permetterselo non sprechi questo vantaggio.
You can taste wines of their own production. From "excellent Lugana al Botticino doc. The taste is combined with local cold cuts and cheeses and expertly guided by Mr. Tognazzi who explains the disciplinary, the blends, the maturation times and the most suitable places for the cultivation of the vines.The Terroir gives a remarkable quality contribution naturally linked to the choices of vinification and withering of the grapes. An example is the Coppio, a superlative reserve not to be missed. Having the possibility to select quality wines using one's own taste, first buying them is a privilege. So those who can afford it do not waste this advantage.
