Vicino alle casse c'è un bel cartello con scritto 'ogni 30 euro di spesa in regalo un quaderno e dei colori'. La cassiera batte tutto quello che ho acquistato e alla fine mi informa che se avessi aggiunto anche un solo paio di calze avrei superato i 60 euro necessari per avere due omaggi. Prendo un paio di calze di 3,99 euro e al momento di batterlo mi accorgo che il mio conto in precedenza era di 59,95 centesimi!!!! Quindi per la mancanza di 5 miseri centesimi per loro avrei dovuto acquistare altro! Naturalmente le calze non le ho volute più....ho pagato i miei 59,95€ e alla fine......non avevano disponibili neanche i regali che avrei dovuto prendere un altro giorno! Assolutamente ridicoli! Già andavo solo perché piaceva a mia figlia......adesso non ci metterò più piede! I state that as a shop I do not like it at all, I would not be able to wear anything they sell, but also the policy they use is worth less than 0. Near the checkouts there is a nice sign that says' every 30 euros of shopping as a gift a notebook and colors'. The cashier beats everything I have bought and in the end she informs me that if I had added even one pair of socks I would have exceeded the 60 euros needed to get two free gifts. I take a pair of socks for 3.99 euros and when I beat it I realize that my bill was previously 59.95 cents !!!! So for the lack of 5 pennies for them I would have had to buy more! Of course I didn't want the socks anymore .... I paid my € 59.95 and in the end ...... they didn't even have the gifts available that I should have taken another day! Absolutely ridiculous! I was already going just because my daughter liked it ... now I won't set foot in it again!

Detto ciò, mi è capitato un episodio singolare; durante una promozione in cui era possibile acquistare tre maglie, di una selezione stabilita per venti euro. Tornata a casa mi accorgo che delle tre maglie due non vanno bene. Torno qualche ora dopo con scontrino in negozio pensando di potere fare la sostituzione dei due capi, mi viene risposto che se voglio usufruire ancora della promozione devo cambiare tutti e tre i capi, quindi anche quello che va bene. Nonostante lo stupore per la scelta aziendale che aveva del ridicolo palesato più volte all'addetta la risposta è stata irremovibile. Ho dovuto sostituire anche la maglia che andava bene scegliendone una che non mi piaceva. Un episodio singolare che sicuramente non incentiva gli acquisti, soprattutto quando si tratta di promozioni. I'm usually pretty happy. I find very simple garments suitable for everyday use. Having said that, a singular episode happened to me; during a promotion in which it was possible to buy three shirts, from a selection established for twenty euros. Back home I realize that two of the three shirts are not good. I come back a few hours later with a receipt in the shop thinking I can replace the two items, I am told that if I want to take advantage of the promotion again I have to change all three items, so even what is fine. Despite the amazement for the company choice that had the ridicule revealed several times to the assistant, the answer was adamant. I also had to replace the shirt that was fine by choosing one that I didn't like. A singular episode that certainly does not encourage purchases, especially when it comes to promotions.
