★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una cafoneria unica! Mi hanno lasciato a metà servizio, mentre facevo una domanda… avevo ancora dei prodotti da comprare e avrei speso molto di più. Classifico il personale che mi ha servito totalmente privo di cortesia e di professionalità.
Ovviamente parlo per le due persone che in teoria mi dovevano servire.
Per quanto riguarda l’assortimento, niente da dire… avrei trovato tutto quello che mi occorreva.
Ma l’educazione viene prima di ogni altra cosa.
Fossi nel proprietario, comincerei a rivedere il personale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale che tratta i clienti come se facesse loro un favore per poi sparire nel nulla (non sono stata la sola a lamentarmi quel giorno). Il tutto è stato fatto presente ad una signora alla cassa che (come gli altri dipendenti) si è sicuramente sentita infastidita, almeno dall'espressione e dal tono della voce. Ovviamente non ci metterò più piede. Il cliente è colui che ti dà da vivere e va rispettato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio sin da subito si presenta ben fornito di attrezzature che variano dal bricolage al fai da te alla lavorazione del legno, da attrezzature per i privati a macchine specializzate nel lavoro di metallurgia, falegnameria, e pittura. I prezzi però sono il vero problema, se ad esempio per fare la copia di un paio di chiavi in un ferramenta vi possano chiedere 40cent qui arriveranno a chiedervi 2€, come questo come per tutte le attrezzature o utensili in negozio.
