Tonight I bought three items of which two T-shirts I realized only after paying that there was 3x2. But a case they pretended nothing happened.After I mentioned it but nothing is missing x nothing .... what people !!!

β β β β β Esperienza pessima....ringrazio la commessa che mentre guardavo dei modelli di vestiti passandomi dietro la schiena ad alta voce nel negozio ha affermato "tanto non c'entri".....cara signora...se mi avesse lasciato guardare i vestiti avrei visto da sola che la mia taglia non era presente..oppure poteva in modo garbato indirizzarmi verso un altro modello...mi sono sentita offesa e umiliata e sono uscita di corsa....mai piΓΉ da Terranova in Ancona Al grotte center
Very bad experience .... I thank the saleswoman that while I was looking at the models of clothes passing behind my back loudly in the shop, she said "you have nothing to do with" ..... dear lady ... if you had let me look at the clothes I would have seen alone that my size was not present..or could in a polite way address me to another model ... I felt offended and humiliated and I ran out .... never again from Terranova in Ancona to the caves center

β β β β β Ottimo negozio di abbigliamento situato nel Centro Commerciale Le Grotte. Ampia scelta di capi maschili e femminili. Prezzi contenuti e personale gentile e disponibile sono il punto di forza di questo esercizio, facilmente raggiungibile e dotato di ampio parcheggio.
Excellent clothing shop located in the Le Grotte Shopping Center. Wide choice of male and female garments. Low prices and friendly and helpful staff are the strengths of this establishment, which is easily accessible and has a large parking area.

β β β β β La qualitΓ dei prodotti Γ¨ peggiorata col tempo, ed i prezzi sono aumentati. Rimangono piuttosto economici, ma la qualitΓ non vale il costo pagato. Anni fa durante i saldi si trovavano capi a tre euro (jeans, pantaloni...), Ora questo non avviene piΓΉ.
The quality of the products has deteriorated over time, and prices have increased. They remain quite cheap, but the quality is not worth the cost paid. Years ago, during the sales, there were three-euro items (jeans, trousers ...), now this is no longer the case.

β β β β β Trovo il personale antipatico e scortese, in particolare una signora che sgrida le bimbe che si divertono a provare i vestiti...del vestiario nulla da dire, nella media.
I find the staff unpleasant and rude, especially a lady who scolds the little girls who enjoy trying on clothes ... nothing to say, average.
