Punto dolente i camerini: colmi di vestiti provati ed abbandonati, sicuramente se i clienti fossero più educati il lavoro delle commesse verrebbe un po' agevolato. Personale gentile. Shop full, perhaps too much, of merchandise. Affordable prices, proportionate to the quality of the products which is certainly not high, but not excessively low. Sore point the dressing rooms: full of worn and abandoned clothes, surely if the customers were more polite the work of the orders would be a little easier. Friendly staff.

Girls who worked in Terranova in Sacile didn't let me do that with an explanation “you can't return you can only change”. I was surprised because by customer rules I can return the purchase within 14 days. It was very disrespectful and my customer's rights were violated. I even don't talk about all the mess in a dressing room, every time ton of clothing... Very disappointed... I understand everything is cheap there but still, rules should be followed
