La signora stava chiacchierando con delle amiche e non mi ha nemmeno salutata. Quando ho cominciato a guardare i vestiti e a cercare la taglia, ha letteralmente preso l’abito dalla mia mano dicendo che andava provato. Rassicurandola che l’avrei provato, mi ha poi detto che va comprato (?). Da quando in qua si comprano i capi senza prima poterli provare? Leggendo le recensioni, sembra proprio che la proprietaria abbia un caraterraccio e forse farebbe meglio a lasciare il posto a qualcuno che abbia veramente voglia di lavorare. Per la serie: come perdere i clienti in 2 minuti! In 40 years, I have never come across a person as rude and rude as the owner of this store. Siamo state trattate come delle presunte ladre, non ci ha lasciato toccare per segliere niente, quello che ci ha fatto vedere ce l'ho buttava sul bancone, sembrava che li davamo fastidio. Visto che NON HA bisogno dei clienti che comprano, abbiamo rinunciato e sicuramente non torneremo mai più!!! SCONSIGLIATI SENZA RISERVA P.s Mi sono dimenticata di dire che in questo contesto di COVID non abbiamo trovato nessun disinfettante per le mani e nessuno ci ha provato la temperatura. F	Federica Adami on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non vale veramente la pena di essere trattati così!!!... ho acquistato una settimana fa un completo giacca e pantalone per una cerimonia a cui poi non ho potuto partecipare (spacciato per completo quando alla fine a casa con la luce migliore il colore non era neanche uguale). Sono tornata oggi a chiedere se gentilmente potevo cambiarlo con qualcosa per tutti i giorni e la persona addetta alla vendita (che non si può neanche chiamare "signora" per come mi ha trattata) senza neanche guardarmi in faccia mi ha detto che dovevo tenermelo, l'avevo provato e quindi non me lo cambiava. Alla mia richiesta di spiegazione, mi ha risposto con aria arrogante che non eravamo mica In televisione. Al che, indispettita da come mi stava trattando, le ho fatto presente che si stava rivolgendo in maniera arrogante e lei, con due clienti all'interno del negozio, mi ha letteralmente urlato( questa volta guardandomi in faccia) di andare fuori dai c.....! Non mi è mai successo umanamente una cosa del genere. Detto questo, il negozio ha delle vetrine accattivanti, ma la merce che lei tanto decanta di altissima qualità, non è altro che 100% poliestere... le stesse cose si trovano anche nei negozietti cinesi, per giunta a meno prezzo. I went back today to ask if I could kindly change it for something for every day and the person in charge of the sale (who can't even be called "lady" because of how he treated me) without even looking at me told me that I had to keep it. 'I had tried and therefore it did not change it. When I asked for an explanation, he replied with an arrogant air that we weren't On TV. To which, annoyed by the way she was treating me, I pointed out that she was addressing arrogantly and she, with two customers inside the shop, literally yelled at me (this time looking me in the face) to go out of c. ....! Humanly such a thing has never happened to me. Having said that, the shop has eye-catching windows, but the merchandise she praises so much of the highest quality is nothing but 100% polyester ... the same things can also be found in Chinese shops, and cheaper too. To say the least unclassifiable!
M	Mariana Boldurat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'addetta alle vendite ( non posso neanche chiamarla signora) molto molto scortese e maleducata, mi ha chiesto di passarle i capi mentre ancora provavo, non mi ha neanche dato il tempo di provare spiegando che non ha l'anti taccheggio ( cioè che potrei rubare) pur essendo solo io nel negozio e avevo 2 capi da provare e che lei fa così dal 1960, sostenendo che ha roba buona, che in realtà è di scarsa qualità, poi agitandosi mi aveva DETTO DI NON TORNARE PIÙ. Visto che resta con la mentalità vecchia sarebbe meglio lasciar spazio ai giovani a gestire. Non riesco capire come fa ancora essere spero questo negozio, con tutti gli altri negozi belli e con personale gentile... Che ingiustizia... Ho voluto provare lo stesso vestito con e senza cintura in due momenti diversi. Molto disponibile. Articoli di diverse taglie e molto eleganti, adatti a molte occasioni. Normalmente i prezzi sono accessibili ma al momento sono scontati quindi ho comprato capi di alta qualità ad un prezzo stracciato. Consiglio vivamente di visitarlo. Guardare le foto per crederci. The owner very kind despite my specific requests (I'm very fussy). I wanted to try the same dress with and without a belt at two different times. Very helpful. Items of different sizes and very elegant, suitable for many occasions. Normally the prices are affordable but at the moment they are discounted so I bought high quality garments at a bargain price. I highly recommend visiting it. Look at the photos to believe it.

She began to tell us bye when we just got there less than 5 mins ago. My family wanted those nice dresses in the window. She did not treat us good at all. Bad way to greet people that want to spend money in that store. We will NOT return.
