★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il tecnico è arrivato alle 13:50 (l orario previsto era dalle 11 alle 13)per dirci che era tutto da sostituire,quel poco di acqua calda che avevamo ha smesso di uscire ed ora siamo senza con 2 bambini piccoli,avendo comunque pagato 50 €.Ho chiamato la sede e mi hanno risposto che è normale se un tecnico mette le "mano"in caldaie così vecchie
possono rompersi.Mi hanno anche proposto di mandarmi nuovamente il tecnico(a pagamento)per fare intervento riparazione .Pessimi non li chiamate.Avrei messo zero sia ben chiaro!
The technician arrived at 13:50 (the scheduled time was from 11 to 13) to tell us that everything had to be replaced, what little hot water we had stopped coming out and now we are without with 2 small children, having paid 50 €. I called the office and they replied that it is normal if a technician puts his "hand" in such old boilers
they can break. They also proposed to send me the technician again (for a fee) to do repair work. Bad do not call them. I would have put zero, mind you!
