★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li ho chiamati per un assistenza alla caldaia di una persona anziana nel mio palazzo. La signora abita da sola ed era priva di acqua calda. I tecnici dopo la visione della caldaia, riferiscono che il problema risiede nella scheda madre, ma che non essendo più reperibile sul mercato consigliano la completa sostituzione della stessa. Richiedono quindi i costi della chiamata e non rilasciano neppure una ricevuta. Telefono un altro tecnico, ma questa volta con un CUORE, il quale dopo aver effettuato una normale pulizia interna della caldaia, la riporta ad un perfetto funzionamento donando alla signora, l'assistenza e la serietà che soprattutto una persona, anziana e sola, dovrebbe ricevere. MAI PIù!!!
 I called them for assistance with the boiler of an elderly person in my building. The lady lives alone and had no hot water. After viewing the boiler, the technicians report that the problem lies in the motherboard, but that, as it is no longer available on the market, they recommend that it be completely replaced. They therefore request the costs of the call and do not even issue a receipt. I call another technician, but this time with a HEART, who, after having carried out a normal internal cleaning of the boiler, brings it back to perfect functioning, giving the lady the assistance and seriousness that above all a person, elderly and alone, should receive. Never again!!!
